Good holiday only let down by hotel.

Good location

Food poor quality and always cold. Limited selection. Never 4star overpriced compared to other hotels in the area for service and quality.

Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer.

Das Frühstück war eine Zumutung und mit Abstand das schlechteste Frühstück was ich je gesehen habe, die Essensausgabe (mit Schlange stehen, ein einmaliges Erlebnis) erinnerte an ein Gefängnis. Lieb- und Einflassloser kann man ein Frühstück nicht gestalten. Schade auch das der Pool oben auf den Dach schon um 18Uhr schließt, so mal man da einen wundervollen Blick über den Hafen hat und das Essen in der Restaurants sogar genießbar ist. Nachteil ist auch das in dem Hotel viele Schulklassen bzw Teenager Cliquen absteigen und es Nachts dadurch sehr laut ist, es ist allgemein sehr hellhörig. Zimmer zum Innen Hof zwar ruhiger, aber dafür ein Balkon ohne Aussicht nur in einen Schacht. Klimaanlage war sehr laut und kühlen nicht richtig.

A személyzet nagyon kedves es segítőkész volt. Az árak jól pozícionáltak,. Az elhelyezkedés tökéletes. A reggeli megfelelő minőségű és mennyiségű volt. A tetőtérről a kilátás a kikötőre csodálatos.

A szobámban a klíma nagyon zajos és nagyon poros volt. Kissé elhasznált már a Hotel, ráférne egy teljes felújítás.

the worst hotel I have ever tried in my life!

nothing, it was one of the few hotels available in Malta for the requested period and even if rate was not very good I wanted to try as it was only for 1 night but.... no way

When I arrived I discover that the receptionst gave my room to another guest, saying that we have the same name and surname.... then it came out that he was POLISH and I'm ITALIAN so it was ridicolously lying to cover his mistake. It took 15 - 20 minutes waiting for the change of room. Room was not clean, smell was awful, air conditioning was obsolete and noisy almost as a soviet traktor, impossible to sleep with air conditioning on. Tiles were broken, furniture dirty. Breakfast was awful in quality and everything with poor cleaning. Spoon for coffee were missing, when I asked one, tthey gave me one cleaned at the moment with a rag. I tried to make a cappuccino but cups were missing. Food had an orrible aspect. At 7.50 in the morning receptionitst called me asking why I have the spare key for the room !!! ( no comment, I obviously had the key I was given at check in ). Then, to make situation better, he asked me what time I will leave !!!!! Really horrible experience, the worst hotel in my life and I paid 120 euro for 1 night!!!

Kind and polite staff. Everything was quite clean and neat

Breakfast had only pork options, no other types of meat, sausages and ham were pork, which was kind of discriminating because it is well known that there are people who do not eat pork due to religios reasons. Also the same breakfast every day.

Very nice people at the reception. Rooms are not nice, toilet was terrible. The lift quite scary , very noisy . I had a very bad sleep...people shouting around but I can understand that it s not the Hotel problem. Breakfast very bad presented and not good quality. Best part the roof with a very nice sweeming pool and amazing view. Nice bar tender.

Good for short stay

very nice and polite staff, willing to help. Hotel and rooms were very clean. They have typical continental breakfast with ham, scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit,… Position of hotel is very good, 2 bus stations are nearby, a lot of bars and restaurants around. on the top of hotel there is pool and beautiful view to city.

Hotel rooms doesn’t have any soundproof isolation so you can hear everything from rooms next to your and from the hall. In description of room should be written that they have UK electric plugs. Overall, hotel and rooms need some updates as they are a bit old buy anyway for short stay you have everything what you need.

Very good

hotel is at excellent location, next to seaside - marina with a lot of busy pubs in the evening. Breakfast is very good, there is both - English and continental breakfast. I arrived late at night, 3am, but there was no problem, because reception works 24h.

Sound isolation is bad.

Great location.

The room & hotel are very dated, in desperate need of modernisation. A sofa bed used as a main bed is not acceptable. No tea & coffee provided, although kettle etc is. A Very noisy hotel & this is in January. The full English breakfast buffet was basically cold every morning & the staff in the restaurant made no effort to make you feel welcome or converse in any form of conversation . Minimal bedding provided. Probably a 1 star hotel at best.

The location, staff and breakfast are very good. The hotel is old, but has everything that you need..

We booked an apartment with a kitchen and breakfast, but we didn't get the one that was in the picture. Instead, we got an apartment with a kitchen that has a two-seater sofa, which had a mattress over it instead of a regular bed. The mattress folded in half when sleeping, so we woke up every morning with back pain. Also the blanket was very dirty.

Good value and location for the price ☺️

Location is really good. For this price we did not expect too much. Position of hotel is great. 5-10min walk from boad ferry for Valletta. Breakfast is also good.

Truthly we had room probably just next to “cleaners rooms or wash room” so at night it was a lot of noise. You must keep your toilete doors closed or you will not sleep. Other thing I did not like is that hotel does not have 2 inputs adapters in room , you can buy them on reception. Since hotels are used for people coming from other countries, it would be nice to have that included. Everything else was good, we will come again here. 🙌🏻

Nice stay at all!

It had an amazin view from the balcony and the room was comfortable.

The AC were not working properly, however I called the hotel staff to fix it - they could not. It was like in hell to stay there without AC in August. They should really focus on it next time!

Very clean and lovely place. Amazing location and view. Staff is kind and the pool is good.

The staff was very nice and the place was very clean. The view from the room was fantastic and they were very flexible with the check in entry of the room, since our flight arrived very late.

The person at the reception at night ( on our arrival day) was rude with my family, and not supportive. The room was a bit small, and elevator is really old.

I accostumed myself to small spaces in a strategic position !

The strategic location, near the harbour.

The room, that was the smallest one I never saw in a hotel; the private bathroom, that was also very small; the breakfast, that was poor, if compared with the average of 4-star hotels.
