Angenehme Übernachtungsmöglichkeit kurz vor Disneyland mit Ladeplatz

Die Zimmer waren sauber . Das Bad war angenehm anzusehen, ausreichend ausgestattet . Die Betten waren bequem , die Matratzen nicht zu hart oder durchgelegen . Es gab direkt neben dem Bett auf beiden Seiten Steckdosen . Auf dem Parkplatz sind 3 E-Ladeplätze .

Der Designbelag im Zimmer war im Bereich der Betten durch das hin und herschieben beim Betten machen abgenutzt .

don’t book

Be warned not like the pictures! we didn’t get what we booked, meant to of had a room with two double beds but we got the tiniest room with a double bed and a bunk bed right next to it. There was no space for a travel cot. We didn’t stay. Areas doesn’t seem the nicest and the hotel was nothing like advertised.

The hotel and room were absolutely disgusting : traces on the carpet, on the bed sheets and in the shower. No paper toilet in the bathroom was provided. The towels in the bathroom were dirty too. The food and drinks provided for the breakfast are the cheapest : although you're in france, the country of good bread, they serve you a badly cooked industrial type of bread that even in the worst sandwich outlet you would not get that bad. Coffee is not real coffee but comes from a cheap automated machine.

a stop if you wish to sleep in a comfy hotel and restaurant and bar in Meaux

Kyriad are always pretty good and this one was, comfy bed, good TV, a bar which was really nice and a restaurant with great food

the breakfast could have been far better, the choice was little, no biscottes, fresh fruits or gluten free food there was no hot water either in the evening or in the morning and the pressure of the water was so little that I could not have washed my hair...

No cleaning ... was mold in the bathroom , very small rooms , old furiture , is not like in picture .. reception looking good but the rest dezastru ... play ground was full whit dead moschito ... to expensive for what tjey offer you ,

Perfect place with all you need.

All in place, great service, friendly stuff, even when you don't speak French there is always someone who can communicate in English :)

There is nothing I didn't like. I'm an easygoing person. Place was a much better option to stay for me than sleeping in a tent flooded by mud 🤣😜.

We were not impressed overall and would most certainly not come back.

The garden was especially nice. The person at evening reception was very welcoming and helpful. The beds were comfortable and nicely made up with good quality sheets.

The location felt unsafe. Parking was not guarded in spite of there being a gate which was apparently not going to be closed, therefore we chose to take all of our luggage into our room. This was made difficult as the parking spaces were not near to the hotel building. There was a hedge which obscured the vision of the receptionist to the parking area so he could not oversee it at night The kettle and its stand were missing and we reported this to the receptionist but no replacement kettle was forthcoming. One of the bedside lights was not working - it was not a case of the bulb not working. The other lamp on the wall had no bulb at all and the receptionist replaced this. The bedroom floor was worn and scratched. The bathroom tile grouting was dirty. The bathroom floor was very dirty in the corner.

Didn't get value for money

Staff were friendly. Food was not great at buffet. Had to pay 2 euros to get 1 pair of coffee balls to prepare coffee in the room, no self service laundry facilities. Having to pay for drinking water bottle. Have to pay to use coffee machine. They don't have a refrigerator in the room so I have given them home made food lunch boxes to put that in the refrigerator. They lost it 2 times in a row and I didn't get it back. Nice resort but could get better value for money staying elsewhere

Room is very dirty. Especially, previous traveller's trash was still in the trash box. I think that cleaning was not enough.

Horror Mansion

Not much.

Room smelled horrible, like sewage always. When you put the do not disturb sign, they still come inside and do roomservice, even though this was not wanted. Most unhygienic bathroom, brownstains, hair, and dust in the room. Never, go here.

Great place to stay for rest, quite room, friendly team and very tasty coffee in restaurant!

We’ve stayed there for 2 nights. It is lovely place, good for business and families. Despite it close to busy road, it is a bit quite during night. The room is big enough to accommodate family of 3 (two adults and child), have kingsize bed and one single bed. It has good shower. There is TV and free WiFi. Hotel has great restaurant with plenty of dishes to choose. We had breakfast (not included) every morning (on self-catering basis) and dinner in the evening. The dishes are very tasty and coffee absolutely perfect, it so good what you coming to have one more cup. If you are fan of KFC or McDonald’s, they are close to the hotel, and you can reach it in 5 minutes walking time. The atmosphere in hotel is a bit welcoming and we found all team members are very friendly, very helpful, honest and professional. If you have any issues with anything they are happy to sort it out quick and professionally. They are speaking different languages too so if you do not know French, they can easy answer on your questions. There is plenty of parking spaces, and always free places available even at very late evening. Also, there are charging points for electric cars too. There is an automatic petrol station close to the hotel, just 2-3 minutes to drive on the car. All in all, we had a great time while stayed, would like to recommend to anyone, who is looking for something similar and quite too.

We have not seen anything we didn't like.

Outer looks great, but inside rooms were not upto standard.

staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very basic. we had some bugs on the bes. this was not expected. toilets were ok. not expected. water block and not freely flowing. shower was very slow.

Good for a short stay

ok compared to there choices available in the city, good location to attend a wedding and nice garden outside.

Bathroom really small ; clean but need some refreshment !
