Good but not great

Good location, great view from higher floors, has a floor with selfservixe washingmachines. The room was really clean and the cleaningstaff did a good job. The room is small, but that is hongkong standard. Staff was nice.

The internet was really bad, it was so slow everywhere in the building. Didnt feel modern at all. No water was provided and there also was no free water dispenser. Like yes i get the thing with no plastic waste, but there is bottled water in glas.

Cleanliness, location, newly renovated at the floor I stayed at, helpful staff

A bit of noise from the hallway from guests coming in and out from other rooms, and from the traffic outside the window.

mon nouveau pied-à-terre à hong kong

emplacement génial. Devant Kowloon Parc, à deux pas de Tsim Sha Tsui, plusieurs stations de métro à proximité et de nombreux restaurants à proximité.

Les femmes de chambres ne parlent que cantonnais. L'anglais et le mandarin ne vous servirons pas avec elles, mais le reste de l'équipe les maitrisent.

Good location and very accessible however orice could have been better.

Location is near Jordan station and several bus stations. Near several restaurants and stores. Has Cafe de Coral in front and 7 Eleven convenience store. Walking distance to Mira Place (where Don Don Donki is) and The One.

The hallways smelled of cigar even if hotel is a no smoking place. No complimentary water given during our whole stay.

Great place, recommended.

Quite easy to reach the station in the middle of Jordan and Austin station. Best thing is very closed to good foods when you want to enjoy local food.

In the non-smoking room, you can still some smoke from cigarettes from someone’s room. I thought non-smoker room should be away from smoker, not just so closed or they may smoke illegally?

Good stay, great location.

We were only there for a few hours, arrived late at night and left early the next morning. We stayed there for its close proximity to West Kowloon Railway station and it was perfectly located.

We had asked for a cot to be placed in the room prior to our 1am arrival but it wasn't put in there so had to wait while it was added to the room. Bit disappointing after a 24 hour travel.

楽しかった！

ホテル全体大変綺麗です。ホテルマンも親切で、今回最上階の部屋にしてくれました。またドアマンの方も親切で常に笑顔でスマートに対応くださいました。空調も一括集中ではなく個々の部屋で設定を変えられるので、適温で寝ることができました。立地も便利で香港に来たら絶対ここに泊まります！

強いて言えば洗面所のライトが少し暗く、化粧する時にもう少し明るいといいなと思いました。

Nuit passée à HKG du 29 au 30 avril . Le 30 nous partons en chine pour 4 jours . Là-bas , je me rends compte que nous avons été débité 2 fois ! Réservation depuis la France le 27 avril . " paiement seulement à l'hôtel " FAUX !!! A notre retour à HKG , je retourne à l'hôtel BP INTERNATIONAL . Impossible de se faire rembourser ! " CE N'EST PAS NOTRE PROBLÈME " Habitué de BOOKING.COM je trouve cela scandaleux . J'exige un remboursement immédiat ainsi qu'un dédommagement . Cordialement ...

Very good value for money.

Very safe & convenient location, considering the price, room was good enough for 3, clean & comfortable, amenities were adequate and staff was friendly and helpful. Additional fold up bed was surprisingly comfy. Value for money. Definitely will recommend this hotel.

Good located. Nice and clean room

Nice Room with a nice view to the skyline. Close to the Harbour.

For two persons only one toilet paper roll and one shampo/bath. After requesting more only got one more. It would be good when there would be enough so that we don’t have to call each time. But the delivery was very quick then.

Nos sorprendió para bien.

La ubicación excelente, a menos de cinco minutos andando de las líneas Jordan y Austin y con el parque de Kowloon enfrente del Hotel. Las vistas alucinantes, sin palabras. En el checkout permiten dejar las maletas todo el día si es necesario. El personal fue muy amable. Si volviéramos repetiríamos sin duda.

九龍公園に隣接し、食事も買い物も大変便利。空港からの交通の便も良い。スタッフは親切で、丁寧に対応してくれました。

シャンプーはありますが、コンディショナーはありませんので、自前で準備が必要です。

Excellent choix

Emplacement près du marché de nuit et du métro, chambre confortable malgré literie un peu ferme.

Le lit d’appoint (3ème lit pour notre fils adulte) était par contre trop ferme et inconfortable.

The location of this hotel is everything, good value for money.

What I loved most is the location, a short walk to Jordan MTR, Temple St Market and if you like walking it's easy to walk to the Avenue of Stars too and Sky 100. There is a bus stop just up the road from the hotel for the airport bus on the way back. it's pretty much the same price as a taxi but if you have Octopus card you can get a discount using the airport bus. The staff were helpful and friendly. Anything you need they can help you, just be direct and ask.

The noise, the walls are thin, however as soon as i put the do not disturb sign on the door it became quieter. You can hear the showers and water running, might be dependent on what floor you are on, i was on the 16th floor.

Convenient location

Rooms need renovation. Forgot to leave sleepers in the room. Had to ask 3 times and waited for about 30 min. Not enough value for the price. Restaurant manager very short and impolite, refusing to honor the happy hours as described on the website and confirmed by the Front Desk. Not recommending this hotel.

A good stay with Temple Street within walking distance. Nearest MTR is Jordan with about 10 mins walk. A lot of eateries

Near to Temple Street. Good and convenient if you are coming by ferry from ZhongShan but have to get the direction right

Very good centrally located hotel

Good location and lovely views over the harbour from our 20th floor room. Comfortable bed and a quiet hotel. Some lovely restaurants a short walk away. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Reception set up my HK sim card that I was struggling with. Much appreciated.

Room windows didn't open but other than that, nothing.

With the money I pay, it is not worth. I think I can find another better hotel .

Location is good. It is very close to bus stop and subway train station

The hotel Reception is not helpful. The room I stayed already had water problem. I had to switch to another room. The hotel is kind of old.

This hotel fits our budget, meet our expectancy and provide us a home like comfort while stay.

The location is excelenet. It is close to MTR, lots of restaruants and stores and marketplace. The staff are helpful and the room is clean and quite. An added bonus is the holet is located at the back of Kowloon Park. The park is nice and comfortable to walk around.

Great location and views

Great location, near to Jordan district shops and restaurants. Buses nearby. Subway not so close. Great view of the Harbour from our room.

We always need to ask for toilet tissue. It should automatically be restocked every day. Come on now.
