Très bien situé pour un spectacle au ZÉNITH

Le petit déjeuner après le groupe D’asiatique le buffet plus de choix. Machine à café en panne.

Je recommande pour le calme, propreté, calme, personnel extra !

Le calme, le personnel super accueillant, serviable et avec le sourire

Reduction des petits plus habituels pour ce standing. Pas de chausse-pieds, de brosse a toilettes ! , de bouteilles d'eau ou gourde dans la chambre, café lyophilisé : dommage.

La baignoire.

La propreté des lieux est absolument à revoir, la rénovation est aussi une obligation. L'odeur qui se dégage des canalisations est absolument nauséabonde, les couloirs sentent le renfermé. Le personnel se démène pour combler surement les failles d'un manager ou directeur hautain et devisagant croisés deux fois sans aucun bonjour de convenance ou sourire commercial. Cet hôtel ne rentre plus dans la catégorie 4 étoiles.

Hotel room was in need of renovation and attention to detail. Limescale in bathroom. Marks on walks, needing a good paint job. Cracked tiles in bathroom

You can get better value for your money else where

Very professional and pleasant people are working on the reception in this hotel. Also cleaning ladies were brilliant and super friendly.

This hotel is nowhere near 4* as you would expect. it’s very outdated and with tired interiors. The room was clean, but in urgent need of some renovation. First of all the air condition system is not working, so all night it was super hot and stuffy. The most uncomfortable beds you can imagine - pillows are hard like brick and very heavy hot duvets. In the bath tap is floppy, moves from the touch and you need to be super careful not to break it completely when taking shower. There is no basic toiletry apart from hand wash and shower gel. Even simple shower cap was not available in the room. How close is it to 4*?

Near to music venue , private parking but expensive,

Staff at reception rude and unhelpful, while you are paying they let other French speaking guests walk up and deal with them whilst they are meant to deal with you , keep you waiting for no reason , my key card for the Door didn’t work , I went back to reception and they changed it , it still didn’t work , the receptionist left me for ages then went up to my Door , he couldn’t get it working either but kept trying and kicking the door eventually it opened so he just walked away , no apologies or anything let’s hope it work’s tomorrow when I go for breakfast, literally one of the worst and rudest Hotels ever , avoid , you are treated like scum

Not too bad overal

Parking, close to the metro, comfortable beds, pretty spacious room for Paris and really good coffee and croissants!

Thin walls, some psycho next to us had a lengthy conversation in the middle of the night, we even could hear a person that he was talking on the phone with. Staff at the restaurant is weather grumpy or rude, beter don’t ask them anything, they will make you apologize for your question. The heating is insane, no idea why it has to be that hot.

The gentlemen at the reception desk were very friendly and helpfull

it was dirty, used, partly broken, far too expensive for the price. It´s a tourist trap as nobody would come back there for that price/performance ratio and there are no excuses for this.

Cleanliness !!!! Hotel should be rated with maximum 2 stars. Windows were not cleaned for a long time. The mold on windows was disgusting.

The hot water didn’t work for 2 days, they did tell as the issue before check in but they said tomorrow is going to be fixed, anyway the day 2 I asked to change the room, the did give us a different room everything else was ok, & was clean room & hotel
