Decepcionante.

El desayuno me parecio un tanto basico pero fue lo mejor de la estancia.

El personal, en especial el señor de recepción de turno de noche. Se nos acerco a dos parejas que estabamos entrando gritando de manera muy despectiva cual era nuestra habitación. La otra pareja tambien se quedo un molesta y un poco sorprendida. Fue maleducado y despota. Y mantuvo esta actitud toda la estancia. Yo trabajo en hoteles y este tioo de trato es inaceptable. Ni siquiera tienes la excusa de que aparentamos no pertenecer al hotel o tenemos malas pintas o las horas. Aparte cuando vino el seguridad a decirnos que bajaramos la musica tambien fue de lo mas despota, se quedo casi 4minutos repitiendonos la misma frase y regañandonos cuando ya le habiamos bajado a la musica. Sinceramente muy decepcionada con el personal, el señor de recepción calvo y mayor, al yo trabajar como recepcionista de verdad me choco mucho su actitud. Dejeme decirle que no es para nada la actitud deseada a como te reciban en un hotel despues de salir a cenar. Habian paredes con manchas, la luz del balcon y una de las luces de la habitación no funcionaba. Los armarios se atascaban que parecia que se iban a caer, y aun pidiendo con mas de una semana de antelación la cama doble, no lo hicieron, so habiendo todo esto. No, no puedes tener esta actitud.

Very tasty and refined food. Good rooms, comfortable beds, working TV and air conditioning. Cleaning rooms every day. An entertainment program for children, two swimming pools, polite staff all made our vacation magical

Old conditioner, there is no clothes dryer. Once, when we turned on the air conditioner, cigarette smoke wafted from it, so we had to leave the room.

location was good for beech but not much going on in the area

defo not a 4 star areas we’re tatty and building works going on along the front a lot - all inclusive drinks were terrible in beach bar - food so so

Food was very strange altho being all inclusive we couldnt eat there, alcoholic drinks where OK but non alcoholic fizzy juice wasn't drinkable.

A lovely experience, I would definitely go again

The property was right on the beach and the hotel was spacious. The staff did their best to accommodate me with my mobility issues.

there were no kettle, tea or coffee available in the rooms, which I am not used to in the UK

all ok for the price I paid, and the location is great.

The hotel was ok, I needed to go to a hotel and Town which I knew as I had been tested for Covid in hospital in Barcelona. I had to stay for an extra 2 weeks as I was not able to travel even though I tested negative the day after. The rooms are dated but that reflects in the price. The food in the first week was some of the best I have had in Spain, but the second week not so good, maybe as the hotel was full of teenagers and they were about to close.

The bed was very close to the wall of the hotel room, if it would have a bit more space it would have been perfect.

.The food is very good. Service, ok stuff friendly. Perfect location. Free parking close to the hotel, 10 minutes walking

The hotel really needs restauration. Bathroom, shower, cabinet, furniture, everything is too antique. You really don't feel so comfortable.

Great beach holiday location and good value for money

The hotel was on the edge of the beach which was amazing. The breakfast was good and the bar and the entertainment that we saw was ok. staff were friendly and helpful and discounted beds on the beach was helpful. Great location all round

In comparison the hotel is outdated to those around it. public areas were lovely but rooms are tired and need and upgrade

Great location right on the beach. 2 pools with plenty of loungers. Decent kids entertainment every early evening.

Hotel is looking a bit dated. Beach bar isn't part of the all inclusive deal although the same staff run it and no signs saying it's a payment bar.

Great location, right on the beach. Very friendly staff, Ludmila and Jamie- thank you so much for excellent work!

The restaurant is a bit noisy, the selection of food was OK, but could be better. Would be good to have a mirror in the room.
