Wonderful

Wonderful welcoming by Mr. Issam. Polite, kind and very helpful. I was looking for a pizza restaurant and he helped me to find it .. The room is also clean and quiet, thank you

Solo dejan pagar en efectivo al llegar aunque te pidan tarjeta como garantía.

Nada, después de estar hasta las 3 de la madrugada recopilando dinero por la ciudad (teníamos que salir a las 8 de la mañana e hicimos el check-in a las 22.00hrs. Solo dormí pocas horas y me fui, no volveré jamás.

Para hacer la reserva, se solicitaba una tarjeta, a la cual se me cobrarían los gastos si anulaba o no me presentaba. Al llegar a recepción, solo se nos admitía el pago en EFECTIVO. No teníamos y estuvimos cuatro horas por la ciudad intentando sacar dinero en distintos cajeros y tarjetas (en Marruecos hay un límite de 100€ por tarjeta y día). No entiendo como una cadena internacional como Barceló permite este tipo de políticas.

Beds were comfy.

The behaviour of the staff before the reception was harsh. We did not get the air conditioner okay, they fixed it later. we got bored..

It was a delightful experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

I loved the food, the service from the hotel staff, the amenities in the room, and the location. The bathroom was exquisite, and the hot tub was an absolute pleasure.

There was an unpleasant oozing out of the bathroom. We complained about this though, and the hotel staff recommended that we stay in another room, however, we were already settled.

A good introduction to Morocco!

Good, comfortable room. It was what I wanted without a bunch of extras that I don't need when I am traveling (such as a pool or exercise room). Room had everything I needed such as a TV, small mini bar, bottled water, hair dryer, and a nice rain shower. Awesome dining room. The food was very good with vegetarian options.

Mayber a better view of the city. Perhaps a microwave. Maybe a carpeted floor in some areas.

The staff was very kind and professional, with a good vibes and energy, the bed is very comfortable, the room clean. I couldn't find a place to park but the valet was very kind and took the car keys and handled this very well.

Maybe if you are claustrophobic ask for a room with a possibility to open the windows because in the upper floors the windows do not open fully for safety reasons.
