Atendeu as expectativas

O quarto é bem espaçoso e confortável! As fotos condizem com o real, o hotel é muito bonito, piscinas bem limpas e quentes! Muitas opções de drinks! Cerveja gelada nos bares! Excelente café da manhã.

Tivemos que trocar de quarto, pois nos colocaram próximo aos shows que acontecem à noite e como temos uma bebê, pedimos para nos relocarem. Acabamos perdendo uma tarde com essa troca, pois agendaram de trocar os quartos as 14h e só disponibilizaram as 17h. Fomos nos 4 restaurantes, e não gostamos do oriental e mexicano, mas isso é questão de gosto.

Exceptionnel hormis l'accueil à l'arrivée.

nous avons aimé les restaurants, le personnel hormis une seule personne (M. Raphael) qui a été tres dessagrable. Pour le restre tout etait parfait. Les cours de tennis personnalisés avec le coach Francis etaient sublimes. Il est un super coach et ca m a aidé à progresser. La famille s'est amusée toute la journée dans les equipements de l"hoteL. Aussi last but not the least, notre majordome Marcello etait exceptionnel. Felicitations à ce dernier pour le travail professionnel qui a permis de corriger les manquements à l'accueil par M. Rafael à notre arrivée

L'accueil à notre arrivée. La personne en charge du check in (M; Raphael) a été tres désagréable en nous demandant des questions tres mal appropriés. Nous avons ete tres déçu de son approche et de son attitude. HEuresement pour nous le reste du personnel a corrigé le tir. On se demande comment ce Raphel peut etre employé à cet endroiT pour un hotel de ce standing. A moindre mesure, nous avons voyagé en famille avec un bebe de 2 ans et il ya pas grand chose à faire pour eux. L'aire de jeux pour enfants est valable à partir de 3 ans; Donc notre bebe a passé les 17 jours dans les bras de MamaN.

Good stay for families with toddlers or older children.

The beaches and the pool was excellent. The staff was superb. The drinks were always great. I love that the mini fridge was always well stocked.

The food could have been better. I wish there were better options on the pool slides. My six year old was too old for the baby section but too young for the bigger slides. That was very disappointing.

Fun but next time i will choose a different hotel.

The Preferred Hotel is amazing, beautiful, clean and away from noise of the regular one. Staff is very helpful and kind. The lake in the oreferred area is beautiful.

The preferred area is though far from the beach and main restaurants and transportation is not easy. The regular are is extremely crowded. The waiting time for cars to get back to the preferred area from the beach are usually 20 minutes during daytime and more after 7pm. Another thing is that there are many private events happening at different locations on the hotel which limit enjoying the different facilities the hotel offer - in my case I couldn’t take the boat in the lake

Excelente estadía con un personal muy atento.

Muy lindo hotel con excelentes instalaciones, la comida es correcta sin ser la mas espectacular. Definitivamente lo mejor del hotel es la amabilidad del personal donde siempre te atienden con una sonrisa y la mejor disposición.

Podrían habilitar las canchas de tenis y padel para jugar en la noche ya que con el calor del día se hace prácticamente imposible utilizar este espacio.

Superb

The Tide (burger / chicken / nachos) shack was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The landscaping was beautiful and very well maintained.

The restaurant food was very bland, not much taste except the Fusion Asian restaurant (it was very good). You had to get down to the pool by 6:45am in order to get a lounge chair with shade. The lounge chairs were very limited (maybe 100 available with about 500 rooms at the resort)

Excluding the shower the stay was decent

The scenery was beautiful.

The drain in the shower stopped draining so the water overflowed. Requested maintenance apparently it was not fixed.

it was beautiful. Most of the staff were good, 3 stood out, the few others were not so good.

Almost a dream

The attendants, waiters and employees always friendly and happy!

Starting by the preferred club, it's not preferred cause you get exactly what other guest do, beach and poll seats always full, only differential is the restaurant that is exclusive but food has nothing special. The suites that we stayed had a door in between one another so you could hear all the noise from the other suite. We have made some friends in the hotel by the side that share the same bars and club at night but we couldnt stay with they during the morning at the beach or at the pools, that was the worse part of our stay. Also, they pushed us very hard for their vacancy club one entire afternoon, that was very annoying.

- beach - Personnel was very friendly

- Beeping in the room, concierge said he would send someone but nobody showed up - Most of the plugs were not working - TV was broken - Phone not working had to walk to the reception to get somebody to fix it but even after 30 minutes nobody showed up - Every morning from 7am delivery started to the hotel next door and was so loud that sleeping after 7 was impossible - Noice on the hallway was incredibly load so no sleeping until 12am possible - Food was horrible, got diarrhea multiple times - People were blocking poolside chairs from 7am and were not showing up though, so there were chairs available and I had to share chairs with my family If there is a way to get some money back we would like to go this path

Amazing.

The facility was amazing. I enjoyed my stay and the hospitality of the staff and property overall. The grounds were will kept and extrememly clean, staff was friendly respectful; they were pleasent and courteous. I enjoyed my staff and will definitely return.

The food options were good for me but I have food allergies and restrictions, so my opinion is biased.

Dreams Royal is a great value for the money, no complaints, would go back again.

Facility is well maintained. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Waiters at the pool side were my favorite. Always smiling and checking often to see if you need drinks. Of course, our tipping may have helped with their service. Food was good. Loved the casino and dance club shared with Secrets.

Check in was super slow. We were a party of 12 but the only ones checking in when we got there and they had 4 people working and it still took a long time. Check out was quick and easy.

Bad experience and I will never stay at Dreams or Secrets resort again and also I will most likely not use Booking.Com

The resort was nice. It was beautiful and we liked our Butler Luci

We didn’t get the rooms we paid for and on the day of check in they told us they would make it right, but they didn’t even after I went back to the Preferred desk again on day 2 and 3. They gave my wife and I a room with 2 beds and my kids room was supposed to have a pullout bed and it didn’t.They also tried to charge me $600 more than what I was supposed to be charged and then pretty much called me a liar that they didn’t. There were issues with my room that when asked to have fixed at least 4 times they didn’t address them. Also there were many staff members behaviors that were not what I would expect from a Dreams resort and my past experiences staying at one a few years ago. Lastly the food was not good at all, very disappointing considering what I paid for this trip with my family.

Amazing staff, great pools, variety of food. Special shout out to our concierge Raquel !!

Beaches had a lot of seaweed, wish there were more activities to do during the day time (billiards, etc, open during day as well)
