Muy buen hotel

Excelente hotel, nosotros estuvimos en apartamento, en la reserva lo pedí con vistas y me contestaron diciendo que llevaba incremento de precio pero al hacer el cheking nos la dieron con vistas, se ve que tenían disponibles, apartamento amplio, pequeña cocina pero muy práctica, no había estropajo, balleta y lavavajillas lo comenté en recepción y me dijeron que no suelen dejar, pero que iba a preguntar a ver si me podían dar un pequeño kit y así fue cuando llegamos a la habitación nos lo habian dejado, estuvimos tres noches y todos los días nos hicieron la habitación, aparcamiento enfrentre del hotel y por la parte trasera y sino en la calle de enfrente hay un parking público gratis, excelentes instalaciones y el personal muy amable, volveríamos sin duda

Super dla rodzin z dziećmi.

Bardzo przestronne pokoje, ciche i komfortowe choć nie najnowsze. Przyjechaliśmy po 3 w nocy i zostawiono nam super kolację w pokoju. Basen ujdzie, ładna piaszczysta plaża 50m od hotelu.

Ein schöner Urlaub, aber nicht nochmal in diesem Hotel.

Abendliche Animationsprogramme, Frühstück sehr vielfältig, sehr nettes Personal, faire Preise an der Bar und im Restaurant beim Mittagsbuffett

Wenn man Abendbrot im nachhinein buchen möchte, ist es total überteuert. Für Kinder 14€ ohne Getränke lohnt sich nicht ansatzweise. Auch 28€ für Erwachsene ist einfach total übertrieben. Animationen und Programme am Abend wiederholen sich zu oft. Wir waren 14 Tage und haben manche Dinge 3 mal gesehen, mehr Abwechslung wäre Wünschenswert.

La scelta giusta

Hotel molto bello, credo sia nuovo, ottima posizione se cerchi la tranquillità e la comodità. È accanto ad un'area protetta (una pineta), ben servita di negozi e a 100mt dalla spiaggia. Una camminata lungo mare o una pedalata sulla magnifica ciclabile vi porteranno al centro di cala millor in 5 minuti. In hotel, piscina esterna, piscina interna, palestra, spa, babyclub e animazione serale, ricco buffet per colazione e cena, bar e servizio a la carte per il pranzo, solarium, possibilità di prenotare escursioni... Insomma, non mancava nulla. E abbiamo noleggiato le bici direttamente in hotel.

Qualche piccola distrazione dello staff alla reception nel prenotare alcuni servizi, poi prontamente risolta.

Friendly staff all, clean rooms and spaceious. i liked that that the pool had saltwater. Wifi was good.

First of all, the nearby beach is rocky and full of seeweed etc. You have to walk 10-15 min before the beach is decent. You are not allowed to use inflateble mattresses etc in the pool, small pool. Very strict about that. The beds are very hard, my back was hurting after one night.

A superb place for vacations or remote work.

I've spent a few weeks here (vacations + remote work) and loved everything. The localization with a fantastic view, the size and comfort of the rooms, the staff, and food - all were amazing. The Wi-Fi was great, and I had no issues with work or watching movies online. I'm on GF diet, and I always had many food options. The hotel is at the end of a long passage of hotels, close to the natural reserve. It's quiet and very restful. No loud pubs or noisy tourists, during the night you fall asleep to the sound of waves.

Nothing - all was great.

Good choice.

Good value for money, very clean. Furniture not new anymore, but ok. We had one matress that was not good, but on our request it has immediately been changed. Nicely located close to a nature conservancy. Very good breakfast buffet.

No places close by to have a snack (we booked bed and breakfast).

Everything’s are okay except the bed and the dinner buffet

Spacious apartment and very clean. Breakfast is very good and there’s a lot to choose.

The bed was very hard and not comfortable to sleep on. Our necks are hurting every morning.

The phone didnt work. Nobody came to fix it even tho i told them I paid more for sea view But i had the view of another hotel building infront of me And to the side was sea view so i felt tricked The lights didnt always work

Good value for money in a pleasant hotel was ok for a few days

We booked for a self catering stay. The room was bright airy and very clean, small kitchen area but adequeate for the stay, bathroom was spacious very clean. Bedroom was large lots of storage, In general a great room and base for the holiday, would recommend and book again. Housekeeping service was exvellent. Pool area was smaller than atticipated but for the few days we were there it was fine.

Pool area was small and very difficult to get sunlounger. so we went to the beach as it was a short walk

Hotel accommodation exceeded our expectations

I would strongly recommend this hotel for family, staff was very friendly, each time willing to help, we had the sea view room which was big and with very comfortable beds with kitchen (were surprised by cleanliness of the kitchen equipment); hotel is at the end of Cala Millor at very quiet place but close to pharmacy, emergency, shops and restaurants, we had breakfast which was amazing, employees were extremely organized professionals, each day there was an entertainment program in the hotel lobby bar.

The only thing we missed was a new sponge and detergent for washing dishes in the kitchen - but we bought it nearby.

An excellent well run family orientated hotel dedicated to customer satisfaction

The Bahia Grande is an excellent hotel. The staff ensure that customers are always their number one priority. This is a family orientated hotel which ensures that all visitors receive the highest standard of customer care. Particularly, I would like to thank David and the staff at reception who were always willing to assist the customer. Also the pool guard should be commended for doing an excellent job, he was always vigilant and ensuring safety at the indoor pool, he was very much dedicated to doing his job well and his attitude is a credit to the Hotel manager and Hipotels group. Also I would like to commend the Chef who always ensured that we had a fantastic selection of fresh food for dinner in the evenings. I would highly recommend the Bahia Grande as an excellent family hotel in an excellent location.

Not much really, maybe the hotel could improve it's children's menu items. I say this although it's not the hotels fault that our two children are fussy eaters. Maybe if they could add pizza or fish fingers as our children will only eat fish fingers at the moment!
