Un lugar mágico lleno de historia con una increíble atención.

El entorno del lugar, la comida y la atención del personal.

Los baños de las habitaciones son muy antiguos. Es un hotel colonial, pero podrían actualizar o modernizar un poco más las habitaciones.

Nice hotel and worth staying at for the historical experience

The history of the building and the pool are the best bits, but it does fell like it could do with a modernisation to some of the facilities.

I love this place

Pool, breakfast, staff were all great. Setting is gorgeous. Don’t miss out on fabulous thermal mud massage.

Bathrooms need a major upgrade.

Exceptional

This is one of the most beautiful colonial hotels in Colombia. Such an experience to stay there! The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was great, and the thermal waters were extremely relaxing.

Love the hotel but they need to update their room washrooms.

The hotel from the last time I visited looks renewed has been kept in an amazing condition and the hot springs are just the best! there's so much history and it looks beautiful! the service is also very good.

The room that we got was not as nice as I wanted it to be for the price that we paid, the washroom and spa also needs an update it was very old.

Historic colonial era hacienda with a heavenly thermal pool and the peaceful countryside

Besides the beautiful location and history of the property the thermal pool is a huge advantage for staying there. It is a few minutes out of the town of Paipa but it is a reality onto its own and a wonderful get away if that's what you are wanting. The Hacienda is really near self-sufficient just like it was intended to be from it's 1716 beginnings. The lodging is lovely, bar and restaurant very good and the type of place you really should stay for at least a couple or more days.

Peaceful historic retreat.

Pool was green and mineral, as always. Could have been hotter. Good massage. Breakfast was generous. Staff always polite. Surrounding landscape beautiful.

Hate wearing the silly caps in the pool. Coffee weak. Wifi constantly flickering in and out. Creepy "spa music" in the air everywhere. Sad to see the historic eucalyptus tree brutally truncated.

Awesome hacienda with lots of history

Excellent hotel full of history. Loved how original everything is and how well kept... from the door's colonial style peephole to the locks and bathrooms. Highly recommended

Accessibility from parking to reception is not handicap or baby stroller friendly.

Love to go back. Fantastic historic property.

This is a great atmospheric place. I loved it. Spent two days there and it was very relaxing.

Respect the massage times. They were twenty minutes late for mine. not relaxing. I cancelled it

Wonderful stay at a historic hacienda

Breakfast - Excellent! We ate until our heart was content. Pool - very nice. As it's not too deep, it would benefit from some sitting space within the pool (it's a thermal pool). Room - very good. Setting - lovely hacienda.

Note - I would recommend this place without a doubt. The two points below are just here to fill the box. Restaurant service could have been quicker. However, the restaurant had many more positives than the slowness of service. It's a bit pricey for Colombian standards. However, still get a lot for your money and it's cheaper than a Holiday Inn in England.
