Très bon séjour, je recommande

Piscine, personnel vraiment agréable, bus juste devant l’hôtel, très bon petit déjeuner

Funcional pero con costo elevado

El hotel es amplio, las habitaciones son funcionales para descansar o solo llegar a dormir. La comida, aunque vegetariana, es buena y a buen precio

La alberca es demasiado pequeña para la cantidad de huéspedes. Piden silencio por el spa, pero el hotel per se, no lo es. Te cobran 200 usd si ingieres algún tipo de bebida alcohólica. Se me hace una tarifa alta para lo que es el hotel

No utilicé el servicio del restaurante, pero las instalaciones del hotel son muy bonitas y limpias, todo muy lindo.

Ampliamente recomendable

El personal es super amable, las instalaciones muy limpias y acogedoras, el restaurante muy rico y económico, te permiten guardar las maletas sin costo si es que tu salida es más tarde que el check out, me gustó mucho.

El agua de la alberca estaba muy fría, pensé que la mantendría a una temperatura tibia, fué imposible poder disfrutarla

swimming pool was nice and the room very clean, nice staff!

unfortunately no free coffee in the morning and a bit far out of the center but you can walk or talk a taxi

A little oasis in the middle of Oaxaca

The whole spa ambiance experience- an oasis in the middle of Oaxaca

No AC- if you are travelling during the hot months it is something to consider. Very uncomfortable to sleep.

Great place, definitively want to come back

Great place! super clean and the staff was super attentive. We had an issue with the TV and they fixed it super quickly also the food in the breakfast was fantastic

Kinda pricy given the facilities.

There's a free parking which is why I picked this place. There's a huge supermarket right next doors.

The whole area resembles a basic motel where you may wanna sleep over rather than enjoy your stay. The rooms are very dark. The walls are as if made of paper and the pool could have been better maintained. I have also never seen a closet in a bathroom 😀. Finally, the price is pretty steep for what it has to offer. There are hotels for almost half a price that are somewhat cozier in the region.

Good

Room was big and clean. Beautiful garden and nice pool. Overall, this could be quite a hotel.

Staff seemed not to care about anything. He gave us the key without mentioning the pool or breakfast and they couldn't answer any questions. Also, I know it's my fault not speaking Spanish in a Spanish speaking country, but I did chose this hostel also because it said English speaking staff. But nobody did. Quite disappointing since we were looking to get some help

Good for vegetarian/vegan

Very good breakfast although it's for additional cost (160 pesos). Room cleaning works like a clock. I enjoyed the memory pillows.

It was supposed to be a calm place, outside the centre, but the kids were running, playing outside our room till 3 am (this might been because of Dia de Muertes, but it happened two nights in a row). TV remote control is hard to understand. We had an early flight and there was no hot water at night. The pool is oh so cold.

Superb

The Hotel is beautiful, very relaxing and I love the garden. The service was and and the employees were amazing, very atentitive.

Everything was fine and good but the wifi wasn't really working good but overall the hotel had great service.
