Comfortable, some good staff and some not good.

One of the waitresses at breakfast was rude every day, another was excellent. It was often the same Jamaican breakfast mackeral nearly everyday for two weeks.

The horrible waitress at breakfast and the rate was very high for what you get, and people were getting much lower rates that booked short notice as the hotel was not full.

Pre- Bday Getaway

It was welcoming.... Staff went above and beyond for us.... Shout out to Ronaldo for taking my heavy bags to the room .. he was awesome and the little short house keeper forgot her name...

Needed activities.. had to leave for night life outside.

Breakfast was great you have Jamaican & Intercontinental it starts from 7am-11am. You can choose to eat inside or outside on the patio. The choice is yours.Staff was very accomodating. Big Up to Patrick that works as the Security at the front gate..You looked out for me my entire stay there. You greeted me every morning & every time u saw me.I've told my friends & the cyber world to give you a shout out wherever they visit Altamont or if pass by the Altamont to greet you & to tell them Keisha sent you. Should to the amazing ladies that works at the check in, you ladies are very accommodating & friendly. Shout out to the all the dinning room Servers & Cooks in the back. (Thank you Marcia ) To all the Staff that I came across You made my stay a very enjoyable one. I loved my stay at Altamont the location was perfect for me as it granted my access to downtown & the hip strip. BIG UP ALTAMONT HOTEL...FROM THE GUEST IN ROOM 305💞🌺

Kamers waren schoon en badkamer prima. Wc verstopte wel heel snel. Zwembad was fijn.

De locatie is op lange afstand van docters cave maar is prima te doen.

Fine other than it being totally unreasonable for breakfast to take 1 hour 30 mins to arrive.

Location was excellent. General layout of the hotel was good with great (as yet untapped) potential to create a boutique type image. Room was clean and adequate for our overnight stay. Wifi was good. Reception staff were friendly and efficient.

Breakfast. Having sat down, we waited 50 mins to be served tea/coffee and even then we had to help ourselves (ie my wife went behind the counter to expedite) then 1 hour 30 mins to get food, which was no better than average. It wasn’t clear what the issue was as the restaurant was not too busy but we weren’t the only ones waiting and getting frustrated; other residents were experiencing the same delays and complaining. Not sure I could blame the staff. Serious management attention needed especially given this is an airport hotel where timeliness to meet deadlines is essential.

Good facilities but loud uncomfortable night with no sleep.

Breakfast was good. Room fairly modern and clean. Security guard was professional and engaging. Day receptionist was excellent.

Breakfast were not friendly and one was a bit hostile. Guests in the room were noisy throughout the night with thumping ( jumping?), loud taking and laughing such as to wake us up at least once per hour. Turns out the rooms above us were occupied by a large family including a number of children. It was my worst night in a hotel in 30 years, and that is not an exaggeration. Spoke to night front desk…twice…and lady said she heard nothing.

I loved it!

I love the attitude of the staff! They're polite, warm and inviting! The rooms are well designed i would make a few structural changes (only because of my profession eye, gives me that urge). The place feel safe and theres a lot to do near by. I love it

A traditional breakfast should always be available for breakfast, most people opt for it.

Superb

I love the location, the facility was relatively clean, the staff at reception were exceptional and everyone was so polite. They had all the amenities needed. The breakfast was very nice.

The rooms were slightly small. I didn't like was when I was limited to a single glass of drink at breakfast but I made do. Parking was a little tight.

Too expensive for service was lacking

It was near to the airport and the pick up option was efficient

The facilities were disappointing base on the cost per night. I stayed with my teen daughter and she was not comfortable to use the bathroom. We had to do a Jamaican “wipe up “ We paid for breakfast and it was not available the next morning.

Pleasant

I like that it's a small hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. The breakfast was good with some variety. It was between a public beach and a lovely well kept private beach.

My room was close to the front of the hotel and there is a main road with a lot of traffic. There's a night club next door with very loud music playing right through to the small hours..... The second night I had to sleep with my very good noise cancelling headphones....... shout out to Sony for the XM3s!👍😊

The location and cleanliness was very good, the receptionist on arrival was very pleasant and helpful. The variety of staff are all customer focused. 💯 dedication from all.

The beds are way too short I'm 5'2 and my legs hung off the bed, making sleeping uncomfortable these need to be upgraded and standardised to accommodate people over 5'5. I would recommend that you have more variety for breakfast both Jamaican and continental.
