It was ok, the location was in close proximity to everywhere

I had my own breakfast, that I bought from the street.

No proper parking on site had to be wondering if my vehicle would be towed. Ad said restaurants were on site that was not true for sure.

If you don’t mind taking stairs down to the beach then it’s in the centre of the hip strip.

Rm 708 had a nice kitchen island and it was a studio. The balcony door was sticky to open and close. The king bed was nice but the cover needs replacing in my view. But we liked it. If you book sea view that is not the same as sea front. So we had half sea view half garden. In the end it was ok because it was quieter. But don’t pay more for it. We later booked 707. Sea view. The kitchen was not great but the unit was a very spacious 1 bedroom. You don’t know which unit you are getting till the last moment you are actually there. Both units we could see at least a part of the sea. The location is ideal. Cross the street to doctors beach which is awesome. Theo boy thing to note is it’s elevator to the second floor then walk two flights down to ground level. Then cross to get to beach. Get your groceries and water jugs at progressive foods when the taxi picks you up. There is very little and overpriced grocery in area. The lunch was nice on the beach. Both units were fine. Wrap up your garbage and keep everything in the fridge to avoid unwanted visitors. The best way to book would be to get some connections with reception in this building as there are 30 owners renting their places.

Well everyone was really nice, friendly and decent. It’s not a resort, so don’t expect the ritz. Location is ideal. Margeritaville and Aquasol are under construction from a huge wave that destroyed them. Harmony beach is a good alternative to doctors beach. At Doctors cave, Two chairs, one umbrella and entrance was $50 US a day. Beach lunch decent. I didn’t feel like going out in the evening. So we just watched tv. I’m not sure there is much to do.

Overall, I would recommend the apartments to anyone!

I like how close it was to everything on the hipstrip.. it also was like a feel at home vibe😊 I loved how high up my room was I had a good view

The AC 😮‍💨!!!! It needs too be a little colder .. JAMAICA Is HOTTTT!

The location was perfect for our stay.

The location was perfect for us. We love doctors cave beach! My grandchildren favorite restaurant is (pelican) close by. I felt safe in Montego Bay, Carl and Nigel was very nice.

Coming off the elevator was a lot of roaches near the garbage Shute. We killed one in our room. I sprayed Lysol on the sheets, shower curtain, all over the room. I spoke to someone and I was told they were aware of the problem and was actively working on it.👍

Basic Accommodation in excellent location, perfect for 1 night

The rooms are spacious, and the location is excellent for access to the hip strip, unfortunately we couldn't extent our check out, but we could leave our luggage and there is a beach club opposite that worked for us to get a shower before our flight

We asked for 2 garden view apartments, what we didn't expect was to be in completely separate buildings as these apartments are made up of lots of different buildings. The location is excellent just the communal area is not aesthetically pleasing, which is a shame as there is excellent views of the bay

Apartment was in good condition, spacious, clean, a/c etc. worked; great location; others complained

The host came quickly and we got an excellent apartment that met expectations. After the horrific lobby, we were very surprised that the apartment itself was excellent.

We hated the lobby area really. It is really horrible. If it was not a sold out Mobay weekend, we would have left. Collecting the keys was confusing. When we eventually understood where we were to go, we were told the rooms had to be cleaned - after 3 p.m. We were told it was okay to go out to eat. When we returned the front person was not clear on whether our host would even be reachable. The host came quickly however. After coming through the lobby, I was shocked at how good the apartment was when we finally got inside. We were not shown how to make use of the tv or cable or etc.

Decent Airbnb if you don’t need anything other than good location and place to stay.

The location was close to Sumfest and walking distance from the beach, arcade, and good eats.

The pool was dirty, elevator slow and needs work. The unit never had warm water or good water pressure which sucks in hot and or sandy times. It could have been cleaned better.

Great stay!

Location was perfect within walking distance of restaurants, night life and directly across from the beach....taxis were lined up right across the street. Loved the 5th floor view of the area...kitchen stocked with utensils' Beach towels provided, keyless entry', nice patio set up.. Great stay!

Good location, facilities could be better and things that are promised in the description should be as shown.

The location was good as we didn’t rent a car so we could easily walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants.

We didn’t get the view we were shown in the photoshopped photos of the sea view. Our views were mainly of the busy road. Of course with such a central location there’s expected noise but there’s very little soundproofing (perhaps single glazing) so the noise at night was very loud. The pool water was dirty and nobody was using the pool at all - another thing promised and not delivered, big disappointment.

We felt at home in the heart of MoBay

The property was located close to all the shops, the beach and the craft market where you can by handmade items from the locals and food cooked by the locals for a fair price. It felt very secure and homely.

The WiFi was a little temperamental, but it didn’t really matter because we spent a lot of time out and about because there was so much to do in the local vicinity.

We were only there for a short weekend and the location worked out but I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was right across the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants.

The room smelled like bug spray, there were so many roaches in the hall leading to the room, the elevators are old and only one was working half the time, the pictures match the room but there is a reason things were left out of the pictures. They said the central air was on and didn’t leave the other AC remote but it wasn’t and it did not cool down like they said so we were hot the first night. The next day we called and they came and brought the AC remote.

Love the location. Beds were clean got enough towels to last for the stay. Walking distance to almost very thing.

It was conveniently located, easy to find and had all the necessary amenities.

unpleasant and unfortunate.

I loved the proximity to the airport. The elevator to Bottom Road and to Dr’ Cave Beach. As well as to the supermarket.

I did not appreciate getting up in the night to a flooded bedroom. All signs indicated that this was not the first flood. There were also signs of mold and other water damaged areas in the kitchen. one you opened the cupboards in the kitchen the odor of mold is strong. I am requesting a refund. As I could not sleep due to the heat. I was scared to turn the fan back on fearing the room would start to flood one again.

Everything was really comfortable i loved the place its in a great location on the hip strip and i felt safe the entire time.

Fair and square

It has everyting you need but it could be a bit cheaper given the standard which is around 2,5 stars . Location is just 10/10 you take elevator down 15 stories and you end up in a front of Doctors Cave Beach.

7 day stay

The bed was nice and big and it had a private balcony.

The place looked and felt unmaintained, half of the appliances in the room had issues or didn't work. My wife was not happy. We stayed for 7 days and only had one room cleaning which was better than the initial setup. The outlets by the bed didn't work, the microwave stopped working and the fridge went off we had to flip the circuit baker a few times. the washing machine didn't work at first so they fixed it but we had nowhere to hang our clothes because there was no drying rack which was listed in the description. We were told to hang our clothes on the balcony of the 6th-floor smh. No refunds so you're stuck with what you get. next time I'll just have to pay more money and stay somewhere else. A little over 1200 for 7 days in a room where most of the things in the room weren't working, with family, isn't worth it.
