Great launch pad for further adventures

Beautiful, peaceful grounds in a busy part of the city. Pool if you're able to use it. Fantastic position for further travel as its nestled close to both Gruz Harbour and the bus station.

Host was very friendly and flexible. Unfortunately we never got the chance to use the pool as it is only open for part of the day, which never aligned with our schedule. We had the studio apartment which I would have liked to be bigger for the price. Bathroom in particular was very small.

Great location, simple rooms

Friendly staff, beautiful view

Rooms were a bit simple, no windows and not much space. Pool is only available 10-19 and was also closed from time to time during the day.

The private parking is available and very safe but payable Hosts say they have tried to change it on booking. Com website but cannot change it

Charming property, wish we could have stayed longer!

Emila (staff) was very lovely to deal with. The property was immaculate, and very close to the port, where we were catching a ferry the next day. The pool area was clean and had ample seating for the guests.

Nice quiet location, but beware of parking problems in Dubrovnik

Location is nice and quiet and not too far away from the Old Town, around 10 minutes drive. The room is good size, small room for a short stay it is acceptable. The shower was good and powerful.

The Parking: I notified the host to let them know we are coming by car and want to park. They did not tell us that the parking must be paid to them in cash when we check in. They were not helpful in telling us where to park after we checked out, they said we are not their guest anymore so cant park with them. If you need to park, then the nearby ferry port is a good price parking and easy uber ride to the old town. We understand there is parking problems in Dubrovnik, but the host was not helpful in informing us where we can park after we check out, we spent a long time researching and finding the parking in the ferry port nearby was lucky! No coffee or tea in the room, there was a coffee maker and kettle but no tea or coffee available, we were there for a short stay so we would not buy whole packets of tea and coffee and assumed the host would provide 2 peoples worth for our stay. The pool is small and you can only use it for a short period of time in the day.

Perfect place to stay to explore Dubrovnik.

Very friendly hosts. The location was perfect for us with a bus stop just 100 yards away. Room was well equipped with everything we required. Bed was comfortable.

The owner, Emila, is an excellent host. Knowledgeable and helpful to guest. Apartment well provided with all necesary amenities and a beautiful garden. Location in close proximity to food, farmers market and bus stop.

Beautiful surroundings and fantastic hosts.

The property was very clean and had everything there that you could need for a self catering holiday and was all provided Beautiful outside seating areas to enjoy breakfast in the morning or an evening glass of wine. The views from the pool were amazing and such a great location to restaurants and supermarket. Plenty of buses to take you into the old town which was a lovely place to go day or night and only a 10 minute bus ride away which only cost about 2 euros. The owners of the property were fantastic and myself and my family enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return one day in the future. Highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay very relaxed and great hosts.

Once we found it the location was perfect. We parked in a nearby hotel (10 euros a night extra). The pool was great as were the gardens. We got the bus into Dubrovnik and got a Dubrovnik pass for three days which gives you a bus pass for three days too. There were plenty of buses so you never needed to wait for long. Don't see the point in paying over the odds to be in Dubrovnik centre and not have a nice a place to stay and a pool.

Perfect location out of the hustle & bustle but still easy enough to experience it when you want.

Great location, half an hour walk or so to the old town. Lovely apartment, very clean and all handy amenities provided. Very friendly host!

Perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik

We loved our time here so much that we extended for a couple of days. Emila and her husband(?) were so friendly and so helpful and quick to answer any questions /messages we had. The pool, garden and terrace area were spotlessly clean and such a nice area to relax in with lots of chairs and tables and an outside kitchen area. The room itself was really well equiped, very clean and the bed was comfortable and very big! The location is perfect for the ferry port, bus terminal and buses into the old town are very regular and quick. I can't recommend this place enough!

I would highly recommend these apartments. The location was brilliant and the apartments were spotless. Having a pool to relax by during the day was also an added bonus. The host was so welcoming and friendly and she was so helpful when we needed advice on things to do and see. I would give miljas a 10/10 it was brilliant value for money 😊

Very close to ferry. Clean and quiet considering it’s location. Close to money changer and grocery store and drug store. Some restaurants nearby as well. Good value for the price.

Far from the old city. But access via buses or taxi is readily available. Walk is about 35 minutes. Tough to do when hot.

Amazing base location for Dubrovnik!

location was excellent right by the port and so close to everything the bus is always running even though we walked as you get to see more plus it’s only 40 mins stroll to the old town.

The pool & garden area is lovely, lots of beds, nice pool. Good location - next to port & nice restaurants and bars. 10 minute by bus to old town. Host was very lovely & helpful. Had a small kitchen in the room.

The room was a bit old fashioned but guess that’s down to personal taste. Quality of towels and bedding wasn’t great. For the price; it is a good choice.

Superb

First of all the host was really sweet , you get a lot of information about the best « deals » (money exchange, not expensive restaurants, nearest bus station, et ). Also her little guest house is clean, cosy and well organized. The location is also great if you want to escape the busy old town. You can get easily a bus (not even 5’ min by feet), it is also near a exchange bank and supermarket. (10’ with the bus to the old town, price per ticket per person is 12 kn (local currency). Overall we were very satisfied by the service and the kindness of the hosts.

Perfect accommodation! 😄

The accommodation is exactly what we were looking for. Spacious, clean and good facilities. The garden is beautiful and a pleasure to sit in and have breakfast, lie around the pool or to chill. We will definitely be back!

Good location, easy access to the sites of Dubrovnik, fairly basic but everything you could need.

Pool was great, the host was very helpful and knowledge about the area including transport options and food. The location was great for the port if you are travelling to other islands and for local buses to the old city.

Fine place to escape the busy city

We booked because of the pool. Loved the pool and the atmosphere they created outside. Private parking spot was great.

The rooms are very old. Showers are very small! Pillows are very thin and could have had an extra (or just better ones). Bed is fine, not that great. It is far from old Town, but we knew that so that was not a problem for us.
