Frühstück war spitze

Um die Zimmer mit der Handy App zu öffnen benötigten wir zuerst etwas Unterstützung. Danach war es ein großer Spaß.

Superb

Beautiful stylish hotel with attention to details. The hotel is in a residential area with full of shops in the neighborhood, easily accessible with public transport (S-bahn directly to the city center in 30 mins.). Clean and comfortable room and bed, quality amenties. High tech self-check in process that worked well - you need a smart phone for it though! :) Lovely inner garden!

In the street facing room there was a bit of a noise indeed - as we expected. Not having full-time reception available made our communication challenging upon request/question (we had a problem to find a solution to, and had no response to it via chat while we were there and there was nobody to talk to at the reception).

Superb

Super friendly and helpful staff. Probably the most clean hotel I’ve stayed in. Rooms were really comfortable. S Bahn stop to the city centre is around a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel.

Good option for business travellers …

+ Wifi is strong. + Room cleaning is OK. + Free parking if you travel by car. + Staff is kind and smiling. + Price is logic. + Room size is enough. + Bed is comfortable.

- Breakfast options should be more with variety. - Room cleaning, towel change should be more careful.

Great and comfortable hotel

I loved the way to check in, check out and opening doors using only the mobile. The staff was great explaning how to use the system.

All the emails I got from the hotel was in German.

Expectations met

A nice little hotel. Plenty of outdoor/underground parking space if you travel by car, quiet, tidy room. Access to the hotel/room/underground parking by using the web/app was an unusual experience for me. It is very convenient and modern solution for regular users, but first time users might expect some trial and error moments, plus, information on this method could be provided earlier than the day before arrival, especially if during that day you have limited access to internet (travelling by ferry, for example). But, in the end, everything worked well and all was good. Breakfast OK, beds OK.

Superb

Just great 5 m walk from "S" train to the city center. Superb breakfast. Very clean Underground garage Need to use app. to enter main entrance, room, garage etc..

Ideal for our needs and location.

Cleanliness of room and hotel in general.

Pre ordered a cot and it was confirmed by email, at checkin they didn’t know we required a cot. It was rectified right away. Bath towels too small for average adult.
