Nähe zum Zentrum, Schule als Hotel sehr originell und tolle Decko, Biergarten, Parkplatz, ausgiebiges Frühstücks-Buffet

Nettes Themenhotel, gute Lage

Das Frühstück war super, das Bad außergewöhnlich schön. Auch die Bar ist super. Die Lage in der Nähe der U-Bahn ist perfekt für Ausflüge und Sightseeing.

Das Zimmer wirkte etwas kühl und unpersönlich. Der Preis war etwas hoch und das Personal wirkte teilweise gestresst.

War eigentlich sehr erholsam.

Frühstück reichhaltig, Zimmer sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich, hauseigener kostenloser Parkplatz sehr gut.

Im Sommer sehr warm, Klimaanlage wäre super dann gäbe es nichts zu beanstanden.

Jederzeit wieder

Gute Erreichbarkeit, besonders von der Autobahn kommend; die Speicherstadt, die Landungsbrücken usw. Sind sowohl mit dem Auto wie auch mit den Öffentlichen ebenfalls gut zu erreichen; sehr nettes Personal; umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit reichlich Auswahl; das Flair des Hotels mit seinen Backsteinmauern und wie das Moderne mit dem "Alten" kombiniert wurde fanden wir persönlich sehr gelungen und einmalig.

Leider war unser Zimmer nicht ganz so sauber wie erhofft, viel Staub im Kleiderschrank und abwischbare Flecken auf dem Schreibpult. Trotzdem würden wir wiederkommen.

Außergewöhnlich, Exklusiv, Sauber, einfach Klasse!

Das Hotel ist der Wahnsinn! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten gemütlich. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Mooi schoon hotel , prima kamer en fijne bedden ..Rustige ligging.

Omgeving. . Er waren in de omgeving geen aardige restaurants open op donderdagavond. Gelukkig een Little supermarkt tegenover hotel , zodat we daar iets konden kopen voor avond eten . Hadden na een lange reis uit Noorwegen geen zin meer om naar centrum te rijden en daar parkeerplaats te zoeken.

Tolles Hotel in Hamburg

Das Hotel hat einen ganz eigenen Charme mit seinem Schulcharakter. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und helfen gern bei Fragen. Die Bar und auch der Innenhof sind sehr gemütlich und einladend. Ruhige Lage, besonders die Zimmer, die in den Innenhof gehen. Das Frühstück hatte unglaublich viel Auswahl und war sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross mit schönem Bad. Durch die nahe U-Bahn ist eine sehr einfache und gute Anbindung in die Altstadt, Speicherstadt, Hafen möglich. Für Hamburg ungewöhnlich und dadurch ein mega Pluspunkt sind die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt im Innenhof. Wir waren 5 Tage da und können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. 👍👍👍

Great stay in Hamburg

Building with a history, very nicely refurbished. Spacious rooms, comfy bed, friendly staff. Parking right at the hotel. Metro was 200 meters away with very frequent trains to/from downtown. Getting there took approx 10 minutes.

Exceptional

I liked everything. A school from the 19th century converted into a hotel. The location is good, in a quiet area and well connected to the city center. Excellent breakfast with a variety of options and good coffee. But what I liked the most were the little details and the overall esthetics of the place. I definitely recommend it and will book the hotel if I am ever back in Hamburg.

A charming old but modern hotel with easy access to public transportation

The location is very good. The place is charming, an old school building from the late 19th century. The rooms are big. The breakfast is excellent. There are several good restaurants with walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed here twice on our way to Scandanavia and on our way back. The prices a very reasonable.

City trip to Hamburg

Breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful.

When we first entered in our room, there was a smell of chlorine, like they just used a bleach product for cleaning. We opened all windows, aerated for 5 min. and there was no more problems after that.

Great location, especially for business trips

Spacious and clean rooms, interesting design of an old school building combined with modern decorations, rich and tasty breakfast. They're was also a Lidl store just in front.

The original character of the building could have been a bit more pronounced. When I hear Volksschule, I have a certain expectation. Then again, the 1950ies were not very high in style for buildings...
