DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL - Worst experience ever

Location - close to the airport

It was a horrible experience. Would not recommend to anybody. The hotel is in a busy street. - There was no place to park. The front door to the hotel is always locked, and the fellow on the front desk is almost never there. I had to wait more than 10 minutes (the longest was 23 minutes while it was raining) every time for him to come and unlock the door. Once you register and paid, you get a little basket with a towel and a remote control. There is no elevator. Most of the hallways and stairs had no light (no lightbulbs). The neighborhood is quite scary. Lots of homeless people and crime. I paid for 3 nights but after only 4 hours there. Having to wait for the front desk fellow to open the door 4 times; I decided to stay at a different hotel. They did not refund my money - not even for the other 2 nights.

Good after all

It was good! And location was great

Well the arrivals of current and New guests was at very late hours, and and it seemed to me that neather hotel personal, or guests , have any respect for privacy , of the ones that already in the hotel and are sleeping at late hours , their where to loud noice every night 😴

Bad experience but the staff was nice

The staff was super nice

I booked a big room and when I arrived the hotel gave a room I didn't choose and then when they change it I was assigned to a very small room, and at the end they charge me more for having a guess than for the price of the whole, I was so upset that I didn't stay longer
