Good location but very dated and dirty hotel !!!

The space of the family bedroom , we had 5 beds !!the location is quite good, near the town center !!!

Very disappointed about the cleaning , the bathroom was dirty the toilet not so good , the bedroom looks very dated and not very clean and didn't have any air con so very hot , had a vents but useless !! Dust everywhere!!! If it was not for an emergency we will certainly not staying longer than 1 night !!! No parking in the facilities!! Have to pay a car park nearby !! We still payed 200 euros for 1 night !!!

I would not recommend this Hotel.

Don’t like. Bad property.

The property is very old. And never come to this hotel in summer, because there is no air-condition. I felt so hot and can’t sleep in the night. And the bathroom is terrible, can’t believe the toilet lid is even yellow, that’s really disgusting.

Amazing stay, would definitely come back.

Room were cleaned and organized. Very comfortable!

The only thing I didn't liked it was by the fact that the other people staying in the other rooms didn't respected the smoking rule and also made a lot of noise during the night. The whole floor was smelling like cigarette.

Lovely week at Hotel Santa Maria

The location is perfect. Two mins away from fwo different tram stations. And less than 10 minute walk to the port (which is a lovely place for exercising near the water or just chilling.) The owners of the hotel are very friendly as well. There was an elevator which helped a lot with the luggage. I had a single room. Size was very good and it was comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options as well.

Not much.. The corridoors and the shared bathrooms smelled like smoke most of the time. I am not sure if guests were allowed to smoke there.. Maybe that's why. It was a hot week so my room was quite hot most of the time.

For price and quality a bit dissapointed, but a great location and the staff were lovely, friendly and kind.

Good location, lovely staff.

The room could do with a makeover, for that price I would expect a better quality room. Not enough plug sockets. The extension chord didn’t reach to the other twin bed. The night light bulb was broken. The bathroom door didn’t close smoothly, making a noise if you opened and closed it, waking the other person. Also this became an issue with the automatic light in the bathroom as we didn’t close the door (due to noise) and any movement in the bedroom provoked the bathroom light to come on. Also it would have been nice to have some extra blankets in the cupboards.

Central area, good amenities and good value for money

The place is quite central, with lovely cafés next to it, some Parking Garages in the area and a shop opposite. The room was a decent size, and although it was the 5 bed one, it was ok for one night. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and gave exact instructions.

In the shower I would have appreciated a hose with showerhead next to the fixed one, and it can get a bit noisy due to the street front.

nice, small hotel

A nice and clean hotel. It's located near the water an about a 25min walk from the main station. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The single room was located on the third floor facing the yard and it was HOT! The weather wasn't even that great for August (around 23°C) but in the room it was at least 30°C. There was a small fan but that didn't help much. Also, the internet did not work in the room.

Good hotel, much more than one star. Nice owner and staff, a lot of nice restaurants around - just cnext doors to the hotel. Close to tram and supermarket

Very good

When we arrived with kids, pram and baggage the owner was there with the room keys opening the door before we even got to knock. Breakfast was excellent and well worth the 5 euro price. The room was neat and clean with the two cots we requested already laid out.
