This studio residence offers a living room of 625 square feet for visitors looking to enjoy indoor time with easy access to city-wide adventures.

For Sears Roebuck & Co., the 80-year-old building was a southeast hub; each flat involves initial characteristics such as brick walls and concrete blocks offering textural personality. Architectural details such as newly sealed concrete floors, steel frame windows and enclosed glass showers juxtapose with historical attraction the best of contemporary living.
You will be linked to the city's finest neighborhoods, offices, retail, and cultural landscapes by living in this society. You'll find dozens of restaurants literally steps from your door, featuring cuisine from around the globe, craft cocktail bars, cafes, shopping, a 24-hour gym and direct access to the Atlanta Beltline. PARKING: $19 per night
PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property and the fee is $150 per pet.

RESERVATIONS 30+ NIGHTS: A Refundable Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent) will be applied to your reservation and due at time of booking.

To enhance your visit, each property comes installed with smart-home technology. Our properties have keyless entry, a noise detector, and a smoke detection device. This allows us to respond to noise nuisances and smoke detection without disrupting your stay. All devices are 100% privacy compliant. The noise detector only measures noise levels and does not record any conversations, while the smoke detectors only detect marijuana and cigarette smoke. Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Initial violation will receive a courtesy warning, and the second violation will result in fines of up to $1,000 and guests will be subject to immediate eviction without any refunds. I will start by saying my fiancé and I were very much looking forward to our stay with Atlanta Luxury Rentals because they do have such great reviews. The room was nice and clean, it has a cool view of Ponce City Market and it’s in a great location. Unfortunately I don’t think we received the service we deserved. When we arrived they asked us to wait a few minutes before we checked-in because they had a high volume of customers checking in at the same time. Once they were ready we agreed to meet at the elevator doors in the parking garage. We waited for half an hour until we were sweating from waiting in the heat before they came up. Other than that we really enjoyed the place our first night there. Our second day here the bathroom vanity light wasn’t working first thing in the morning. I sent Ayesha a text message addressing the issue and she responded saying she would put in a request but since we were visiting on a holiday it may or may not be fixed for us before we left on Monday morning. There’s only one bathroom in this unit and one mirror which is in the bathroom below the vanity light which was out. Luckily I was able to take it out and put it back in and it worked just long enough for my fiancé to get ready for the day. I did complain about it to management because we don’t think it’s reasonable to pay that much money and not have a bathroom light for the rest of our visit. Marianna, another manager, contacted me saying they have their own handy man she could send over if the problem didn’t solve it self, I guess she doesn’t understand how light bulbs work. When I told her it went out again they stopped responding to my calls and messages. No one answered me again until Sunday night when I went out to get food and came to back to find out I was locked out of the parking deck. They explained to us that they had more customers booked than they had parking passes and since they ran out before I checked in I didn’t receive one. Ayesha who is one of the employees had to get out of bed to come help us. On top of all the problems Marianna who is the main one in charge of Atlanta Luxury Rentals is very rude. When I told her the service was unacceptable she acted like I was being unacceptable because they have such good reviews that I should think it must be something I did. That’s what she told me. She also asked me if I was on drugs. I did say some things to her I probably shouldn’t have but she was so rude. And never apologized only excuses.
