thoughtfully offer designated areas for living, dining and sleeping as well as
finishes and amenities that give any luxury hotel suite in the city a run for their
money.
Each Ponce City Market unit is equipped with elevated thread count linens, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and safe parking access. The 80-year-old building was a southeastern hub for Sears Roebuck & Co.; each flat involves architectural details such as newly sealed concrete floors, steel frame windows and enclosed glass showers and stainless steel equipment that juxtapose the best of contemporary living with historic appeal.
You will be linked to the city's finest neighborhoods, offices, retail, and cultural landscapes by living in this society. You'll find dozens of restaurants literally steps from your door, featuring cuisine from around the globe, craft cocktail bars, cafes, shopping, a 24-hour gym and direct access to the Atlanta Beltline. Take a quick elevator ride to the rooftop for fun amusement park at Skyline Park if that wasn't enough: mini-golf, midway games, rides, a beer garden and the best views Atlanta has to offer.
PARKING: $19 daily secured garage parking
PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property and the fee is $150 per pet.
AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to stay with Atlanta Luxury Rentals.
RESERVATIONS 30+ NIGHTS: A Refundable Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent) will be applied to your reservation and due at time of booking.

To enhance your visit, each property comes installed with smart-home technology. Our properties have keyless entry, a noise detector, and a smoke detection device. This allows us to respond to noise nuisances and smoke detection without disrupting your stay. All devices are 100% privacy compliant. The noise detector only measures noise levels and does not record any conversations, while the smoke detectors only detect marijuana and cigarette smoke. Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Initial violation will receive a courtesy warning, and the second violation will result in fines of up to $1,000 and guests will be subject to immediate eviction without any refunds.
