Prima voor wat we verwachten. Twee nachten is precies genoeg.

Ruimte was mooi en ruim. Gelukkig hadden we een toilet op de kamer (anders moesten we naar beneden naar het toilet. ) Mooi uitzicht op een wei met paarden en veulentjes. Prachtig.

Een hor voor de openslaande ramen zodat de ramen open kunnen blijven zonder dat er muggen binnen komen. Eenvoudig ontbijt, brood van gisteren lag er vandaag weer. Verlichting is sfeervol maar bij de spiegel te weinig.

Teleurstellend

Rustig gelegen

Zilvervisjes in m'n bed op de eerste dag zodra ik de deken weg gehaald had. Muggen en spinnen gedood omdat ze mij bezochten. De tweede nacht wakker geworden om 02:10 vanwege een riool lucht en geborrel bij de douche in de slaapkamer. Luidruchtig door slaande deuren.

Fijne kamer

Fijne kamer met een heerlijk bad. Handig dat er daarnaast ook een inloopdouche is, voor mensen die niet in/uit bad kunnen klimmen. Kamer is ruim met prettig zitgedeelte. Prima stoelen. Fijn dat er een koelkast op de kamer is. Heb niet elke avond zin om uit eten te gaan en dan is het fijn een maaltijdsalade te kunnen bewaren tot je deze gaat nuttigen. Dinergelegenheid is trouwens op loopafstand. Vriendelijke eigenaren. Kamer was goed schoon.

De ontvangst. De eigenaren waren afwezig bij aankomst op afgesproken tijdstip. Gebeld en mocht kamer in ieder geval wel op gaan. Kamer was goed schoon, maar bed nog niet opgemaakt en nog geen handdoeken aanwezig. Dat is later natuurlijk alsnog geregeld.

Het was boven verwachting. Eigenaren waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het was een prima locatie. Lekker rustig. De kamer was boven verwachting. Het ontbijt was op zich prima maar niet heel uitgebreid.

Wil niet zeggen dat het tegenviel maar het ontbijt had wat uitgebreider mogen zijn.

Het perfecte B&B

Alles is goed bevallen, vooral de service van de eigenaren. Ik ga volgende keer zeker weten naar deze B&B weer terug.

ROOM WITH NO TOILET! TOTAL SCAM! STAY AWAY!

I usually try not to leave bad reviews, but I really think I must do this one, so other people do not have the very bad experience I had. The description of the room I booked stated "PRIVATE BATHROOM" The room only had sink and shower but NO TOILET. The hosts told me the toilet was downstairs near the breakfast room and that if I wanted to have a room with the toilet I had to pay Euro 45 extra! But all these things were not written anywhere in the room description! They had at least 2 more rooms with toilet available and they could have resolved things very easily and in a friendly way, giving me one of the other rooms (which I suggested to them). Instead they insisted I paid the extra Euro 45 or leave (which was not an option because no rooms were available in the area). At the end I gave them the extra money :-( A total scam! VERY BAD! STAY AWAY!!!

Great location for a stop off between visiting various places in north Belgium and Netherlands. Fab!

Beautiful property and fantastic rooms. Kids loved the dogs and horses too!

Lovely country stay

The property was neat and the rooms were well designed for comfort. The photos do not do them justice. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating…

Would be good to have the entrance better sign posted. Check in and out times are not clear in the description.

Lovely countryside place

It's a lovely country house, furnited with good taste by the host, which is very friendly and available. Countryside location, into the green, with horses and animals. Quiet place. Decent breakfast for 10 Euro extra.

The only thing I didn't appreciate is that the "private bathroom" is not a complete bathroom, but a shower and a sink. The toilet is in common, downstairs. For me it wasn't a real problem, juts a little discomfort, but for somebody it can be. I would suggest the host to make it clear on the website. For this my final grade is 7, instead of 8 or 9.

Tent in a dark

Interior

Walls are paper thin, cold. Only one towel. Table almost standing, fridge with broken freezer doors. In a dark is very diffult to find a place, poor lighting. Inside where is no arrows or marking to rooms. To find out which is mine, I had to visit all open rooms and look in a fotos to match. Dogs is not allowed- okey. By entrance in a building( inside ) meets me dog. Barking. Its good that it is small so it was no problem to get in And in a middle of the night this and another dog starts barking. On each other. Very loud. In conlucion- never again and absolutelly no reccomendations for anyone.

Nice place, well designed, in the quiet place not too far from Eindhoven (if you have a car), but there is one deal-breaker.....

The mattress is really bad quality, zero support for the body, you have to be careful not to roll off the bed.

the description was not true at all: in the description was written “45sm, 2 single beds and 2 sofa beds and private bathroom”’ in reality it was a room of 15sm, with 2 single beds (no sofa) and with a shower. The toilet was outside, at a different floor and was used over the night by somebody (so was not private)

My apartment-sized room upstairs was lovely - comfortable beds, large bathroom and a kitchenette. However I prepared my meal in the communal area downstairs. The state-of-the-art kitchen is fit for all cooking purposes. Located in an idyllic countryside area between Den Bosch and Eindhoven, this place is run by the nicest hosts and it is one of the best B&B's I have ever been to!

Super quiet and clean rooms and facilities. Punctual and precise communication by the owner and very cute little dogs running in the garden! :-3 Perfect parking next to the building. Awesome!
