Hotel in guter Lage

Die Lage ist wirklich bombastisch direkt am Tor in die Stadt. Das Zimmer ist schön und sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Sie haben auch Empfehlungen für Weinproben und Restaurant gegeben, wenn man möchte. Das Frühstück ist nicht im Hotel sondern in einem Café in der Nähe. Man bekommt einen Gutschein für einen Café und ein Croissant. Das wär sehr gut. Also man sollte kein Buffet oder Ähnliches erwarten.

Parken ist nicht ideal, aber wenn man Glück hat, bekommt man direkt bei P1 einen Platz. Sonst sind die anderen auch (mit wenig Gepäck) laufbar.

Posizione molto favorevole per il parcheggio vicino e per essere praticamente già in centro al paese

Ero rimasta molto colpita dalle recensioni lette ma devo dire che non siamo stati contenti per la pulizia,capelli in bagno trovati il gg dopo e ho ucciso una mosca formato XL in camera e il gg dopo era ancora lì quindi presumo che hanno fatto solo il letto e cambiato gli asciugamani senza passare con aspirapolvere o altro. Una nostra amica si é trovata il corpo pieno di morsi di qualche insetto dopo la notte passata a dormire lì E per finire va benissimo la colazione al bar ma sinceramente poco servita...solo caffè o cappuccino con brioches e succo e una mattina ho chiesto una spremuta e non era compresa quindi 8€ per due spremute esagerati e sinceramente poco servita riguardo a chi può essere intollerante o addirittura ciliaco

Great location, comfortable flroom, good breakfast.

Location was perfect - at the entrance to the old town.. Our room was facing the outside of the old town, so it was quiet. View from our room window was magnificent (see the photo). Room was conformable, including bed and bathroom. Breakfast was served nearby and it was very good.

There were some technical issues with bathroom equipment. Our room was on the top floor and it was a challenge to bring all our luggage.

Clean, nice, good location, nice view, comfortable, everything worked well. Quick contact with host, online check in. Breakfast is in a bar nearby. Great restaurant across the street. I enjoyed it a lot.

Cannot think of anything to complain about except that there was no coffee, only tea ( there is a hot water kettle).

Beautiful place with amazing view

A beautiful place at the entrance of Montepulciano's historical center. Even if we stayed at the top floor and there was no elevator, the room with a view was worth climbing the stairs. The room had a big entrance and a big bedroom, with comfy bed and an amazing view of Toscana. Very nice hosts, very responsive to our questions. There is a parking nearby, very close to the location.

Lovely stay in a beautiful room.

Beautiful room with period decor in an historic building. Great location just inside the gates of this fascinating walled town. Amazing view from the loo!

Lacking bedside tables and a desk. Breakfast was in a beautiful nearby cafe - good quality but very limited (just a croissant and a coffee with juice). Self check-in meant communication was rather remote via WhatsApp only. Needs a more personal touch.

Great view but with some unconfortabilities

We had an adjoining area to our room with a sofa overlooking the balcony with outstanding views for the sunset in spring. The hotel is located in the village old center. The staff were really helpful booking a great horse riding experience in a farm nearby.

Our room had a shared door with someone else's room and we could hear absolutely everything. The room was missing bed side tables, which should be a must. We had no hot water when we arrived and took 1 hour yo sort, which at 7pm jeopardizes diner time

The breakfast was included, but it was served in another place, a close cake shop. The people there weren't as helpful as they should have being. I know it doesn't concern directly to Mosella Hotel, but that was the less good part of the experience.

Magical small private hotel in Montepulciano

Perfect location on end of the main cobblestoned street winding up to top of Montepulciano. Room was a suite with with soft blue colors, much larger than I expected. Charming view overlooking the city and fields. Air conditioning worked during the heat wave. Decor on par on with the room rate. Check in done remotely, envelope with key easily found, but we had to use some intuition to get settled in room.

Great stay in low season Montepulciano

Lovely place just inside the town walls, close to parking (P1) and easy walk to see the town. Good heating, clean room, nice shower. Francesca was extremely helpful and even made us a dinner reservation and helped me with a taxi when I was stuck at the station. would return.

Perdect stay in Montepulciano downtown!

I was in town for a wine tasting experience and I needed an hotel in the historical city center: cara are not a allowed inside, so I found this amazing location just inside the historical downtown. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean too and I was able to sleep without issues. All the basic comforts are provided!

There is a small parking lot close to the property, so if you don’t find a spot there, you have to reach other ones that are far from the hotel that can’t be reach with your own car unless you want to get a fine!
