Bien.

El personal es muy amable. El desayuno que sirven es bueno. La ubicación es perfecta.

El baño de la habitación que me tocó (industrial) no tenía un espacio cómodo para dejar mis cosas, además la cortina de la regadera quedaba un poco corta, así que se mojaba un poco el baño. Los ganchos, que supongo no se usan mucho, tenían polvo.

So uncomfortable

Location only but even then it was not worth the price

Room was dirty, bed was so uncomfortable, noise from outside could not be drowned out with ear plugs, and hot. This is a budget hotel that should have budget prices

En mis estadías ahí, hemos podido percatamos que cada habitación es diferente, el costo es bueno, la atención del personal excelente, la limpieza buena, todo está perfecto, lo recomiendo al 100%

Comfortable bed, great shower with hot water, amazing location, free baggage hold, toiletries in the bathroom, natural light in the room

The room was a little run down, there was a nail sticking out of the headboard which was rather dangerous., the bathroom didn't have a normal door, "breakfast included" is what made me book it, however, there was no breakfast included, it was just a kettle and coffee so very misleading & not worth the price.

it was a great pleasure to stay there, very nice to reach staff instantly via wahtsapp, great staff.

Great staff, friendly people, great location, nice room and terasse.

would have been happy for a slipper to receive on spot, and it was a bit niosy

Good location, staff was very nice. The second room was very and comfortable.

The original room decor was not worth the money and not comfortable. The second room the shower leaks onto floor.

Disappointingly over priced.

The staff was friendly and helpful but unfortunately couldn’t solve some of the issues I complained about. The breakfast next door was good too. Good location next to Polanco

Very basic for the price. The TV never worked despite complaining several times. The place need to be painted and be cleaned. The price was increased substantially during my stay and is not supported by the state of the facilities.

The room was horrible, bathroom as well. Cleaning staff was a joke. We never had the basic necessities like hand soap, shampoo, etc.

Very bad

This is a very poor hotel. There were 75 steps to climb to get to my room. The services were very bad. There was no breakfast. I ordered a drink one evening and it never came. No communication from the room to the front desk.

Quaint, Great Location , Allan was extremely attentive and hospitable

Not wanting to complain but seemed staff coming in at like 6:00 am we’re overly happy and chatting and loud when had been thinking to sleep in a little being a Sunday morning 🫣

Not as good as it shows in the photos.

The idea of themed rooms is nice and it has all basics you could need.

There were a lot of insects, had to kill many little flies, two grasshoppers and a weird one I didn't recognize. The sink was very small so it was hard to wash hands. Bed was harder than I like and pillows were extremely soft. Access to the hotel was also uncomfortable as the door is always closed and you have to knock or wait until someone opens instead of having a free and private entrance experience. Also the photos of the room I was supposed to get were way different from the one I actually got and it said it had parking but didn't say it would be in the street with parking meter. Finally, TV remote control was very difficult to use, you had two remotes and changing channels was very slow as you had to wait until channel loaded to skip to the next one.

nice boutique hotel

located in Polanco, safe neighborhood. room is neat and has a style. walking distance to the museum of anthropology.

TV in our room was not functioning, and could not be fixed during our 3 days staying. dirty towels we put on the floor were not changed but hang back to the rack.

Lovely place, cosy and private

It was neat and tidy and very lovely place. Clean and lovely staff.

I had to leave early due to unforseen circumstances with my work, I had paid in full, I told them the first night what had happened, and I was not able to recuperate any money back. I imagined there would be a cancellation fee but I got nothing back so paid for 2 nights where I didn't even stay there. It was a bit frustrating, I thought as I told them the first day the change that they may be able to give me some money back. But they could not. I guess it is the system but it was still frustrating. But I don't blame the staff, I think it was just a unique situation. Breakfast also starts very late so it didn't coordinate with my work schedule as I had to leave early.
