Great place, great location - but overpriced

Location is great. The flat is neat and tidy. All basics provided and two bathrooms are handy. Elevator in the building and decent area for laundry in the basement. Staff was helpful for the small inquiries we had. Gave us a baby crib which is always nice.

Mold in the shower on top floor (but everything else was spotless) and the price was really high. The price was comparable to 5 star hotels during peak season. Expected more quality for the price to be honest. On top floor room there's no curtain for the windows in the ceiling. They are nice to have and all but not so much when you want to sleep longer than a rooster.

Bologna ist eine schöne, interessante Stadt mit vielen, jungen Menschen. Wir waren überall zu Fuss.

Die Lage war Zentral und hat uns sehr gefallen. In der Nähe haben wir jeden Abend ein gutes Restaurant gefunden.

Ich habe das Apartment 22 auf Booking.com ausgewählt, weil es schön, hell und modern eingerichtet war. Die Wirklichkeit war jedoch anders. Die Fotos haben "gelogen" und stammten von anderen Apartments im Hause. Unser Apartment war ein dunkles, kaltes Loch, ohne Tageslicht. Auf dem Fenster wurden fest montierten, holzigen Schattengeber. Wir waren viel unterwegs, weil wir in dieser ungemütlichen kalten Raum nicht die Zeit verbringen wollten. Der Sofa im Wohnzimmer war ziemlich verbraucht und hatte Flecken.

Beautiful property, central but quiet.

Very clean and spacious property in a typical Bolognese house. Appartement was modern, equipped with everything that’s needed, and spacious with a little space to sit outside. Very central, but still very quiet. Staff was very kind and helpful. Would definitely rebook if I am coming to Bologna again.

Just as a suggestion: a few breakfast bowls for eating cereals etc would be nice.

Comodità e relax a due passi dal centro

La struttura è nuova, il cortile interno luminoso, spazioso e ben curato. L’appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato era uno studio, pulitissimo, nuovo, silenzioso e con un bell’affaccio interno. Il letto comodissimo! La posizione è splendida a soli 10min da piazza maggiore e a 4 minuti dal bellissimo quartiere di Santo Stefano. Vicino all’hotel localini e vie vivaci e affascinanti.

Excellent well-renovated quality place - loved it!

Loved this place! It's very well built and feels new with quality fittings. It was very hot (37C) during our stay and fortunately, the air conditioners kept it cool - a nice oasis to return to after the heat of the city. The hosts sent us a code for the front door and bedroom door - which all worked very well. The laundry room in the basement was useful; a nice touch was having laundry detergent available.

A bedroom air conditioner made strange noises when we put it on at night - we turned it off and opened the bedroom door to allow cool air to enter from the living area so it wasn't such a big deal. The TV didn't quite work - it seems like the signal strength wasn't strong enough. Not such a big deal for us.

Central location. Very quiet, very clean and secure. Neutral white furnishings. Small kitchen area to prepare breakfast and sandwiches. Friendly ladies on reception and very helpful. Great aircon!

Pillows were a bit flat and only one pillow each.

Great apartment in the heart of Bologna

Great location, super helpful and responsive staff- thanks Francesca for promptly responding to all our questions! Modern, clean and well kept apartment with all the basic necessities.

The Aircon is a bit noisy when turned down to the lowest temperature- which we had to do given the current heat wave. Bothered me as I am a light sleeper, but everyone else in the family was fine. So shouldn’t be an issue for most travellers.

Perfect stay at excellent location with very friendly and supportive staff.

We stayed for 5 days with my family in Nabuko apartment - very quite one. The location is perfect - all the attractions are in a walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and cafe bars nearby, also shops. The ladies at the reception Letizia and Fransesca were very kind, smiling and helpful. The main train station is a little bit far, however the bus stop was nearby and it takes 15 minutes to reach it. Excellent facility for a family stay.

The only improvement I can recommend is to replace the sofa bed with a more comfortable one.

I would definitely recommend it. And if I ever go to Bologna again, this is where I’ll be staying!

The apartment was very clean and very nice and exactly like in the pictures, it had all the necessary amenities. The location is perfect, very central. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bus stations close by. Also, more importantly the communication is excellent, very quick responses and everyone is very nice, friendly and understanding.

Close to the center, comfortable and practical

Very central to the main sights. We walked everywhere. A nice vegan breakfast place was just next door. There is a small kitchenette in the room but our stay was two nights so not really used. Our window was on the main road and a bit noisy at night with the window tilted but not too bad. Very nicely decorated room, modern with high ceilings creating space, clean and easy access. The gated parking was also safe and behind the building. We found it perfect for our stay.

Be careful though, I didn’t read the small print re parking… my fault, then we didn’t realise you get fined for driving around the area as it’s a restricted area and we literally drove round and round in circles trying to find parking… still don’t know what the fine will be so a bit of a dark cloud over the rest of our holiday unfortunately…

Not worth the money

Clean apartment, well equipped, good size, nice bathroom. Good wifi.

Apartment is advertised as one bedroom apartment. However, it is a studio meaning there is no privacy with the sofa bed for the kids. Apartment was looking in a parking lot and is quite dark. There is a club attached to the building and there is very loud music every evening. The building is in the historic centre of the city, which means that no vehicles are allowed unless the hotel registers your car plate number. In theory, you can park it in the street or in the parking of the hotel. It costs 25 euro per day! They only accepted to register our car if we booked the parking with them. The parking of the horel was full so we had to park in a nearby building. The spot allocated to us was taken. It was a mess. There was nobody in the reception during our entire stay.

excellent location for seeing the sights of Bologna. our room was large and easily accessed by stairs or elevator

Exceeds Expectation

They thought of everthing inside the apartment! you will not need to call the anyone from the toilet paper, towels, shampoo, soap, slippers, trash bag. Laundry room available! 2 different small grocery stores around. Great, Great Location! Apartment is facing the street and was quiet. Parking available, next building.

Elevator was not working for 1 day, the next day we told them and staff was receptive and called someone right away! Shower was a bit small - if you are a big person or claustraphobic, make sure to ask for a different room. None were issues for us because the apartment exceeded expectation, hence the high review! Thank you! we will be back!
