Solide aber etwas hinter der Zeit

Eine Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge befindet sich nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt am Busbahnhof. Auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz fehlt bisher jegliche Spur von moderner Elektromobilität.

Das Frühstück im Restaurant war köstlich und hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Leider war das Abendessen nicht ganz so zufriedenstellend. Es fehlte an Vielfalt und Geschmack. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt angenehm, aber ich würde empfehlen, für das Abendessen eine andere Option in Betracht zu ziehen.

Gut mit einigen Defiziten

Das Zimmer war sehr schön.

Beim 1. Frühstück gab es alte Brötchen und Brot, die waren bestimmt am Vortrag übrig geblieben. Es war nicht ein frisches dabei. Beim 2. Frühstück am nächsten Morgen gab es tatsächlich frische Brötchen und Brot, sowas darf in einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht vorkommen.

Schöne Zimmer, Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Relativ ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage. Frühstück ist gut. Grosser Parkplatz mit leider etwas langem Laufweg. Im Regen kein Spaß.

Während des Checkin ließ uns der Rezeptionist 40 Minuten lang stehen, weil er eine Buchung eines anderen Gastes nicht finden konnte. Nur weil wir alle insistiert haben, hat er uns dann widerwillig eingecheckt. Das war nicht sehr schön.

Modernes Hotel mit gutem Ausblick

Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr guter Lage in Suhl. Es waren ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, welche auch für Hotelgäste kostenlos sind. Das Hotel wurde vor einigen Jahren renoviert und präsentiert sich in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Das Zimmer war groß, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und umsichtig.

Super Hotel direkt im Zentrum. Ruhig!

Das Hotel war wirklich gut gewesen, es gab nichts zu meckern. Zimmer wie abgebildet, Personal freundlich, wünsche wurden umgesetzt, ruhig war es auch, Pool und Fitnesraum, Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus…

Pool war vielleicht 2 grad zu kalt, aber noch völlig im Rahmen.

Schöner Wellness Kurztrip mit schönen Hotel und leckeren Frühstück.

Frühstück war lecker, viele Eierspeisen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, Bad supi. Sehr schöner Pool.

Die Sauna war nicht wirklich heiß, und nur eine vorhanden, Haman nicht an, der Ruheraum war etwas zu kühl.

Great stay in a spacious room, enhanced by a spacious pool and spa.

The pool was amazing, very big and lovely to swim in. I also enjoyed the sauna and the Turkish bath and the quiet space to rest in. The food in the restaurant was also very good. The restaurant staff was friendly, but a bit slow. Reception staff was helpful and very friendly.

its a clean place and the comfortable room has a lot of space

the staff was unfriendly and ignorant when I arrived. the young lady at the reception did not recognised me, bit the lady BEHIND ME. also I was not introduced to all the procedures (i.e. having dinner at night, sauna etc.) like another guest that came later.

Really enjoyed our stay, excellent hotel

The breakfast had a fantastic selection on offer, sadly the hot selection was cold every morning. I tried to come first thing, then later to see if it made a difference. The staff may not be aware of this.

Very good

rooms were clean and modern

the stuff wasn`t specially friendly. There was no warm water in the area at that time, so we couldn`t enjoy the sauna and we were freezing in the pool
