オーナーがとても親切でしたお部屋は清潔でキッチン、電気製品、全て完璧に揃っています。バルコニーから見えるお庭も広くゆっくりすごせます。スーパーが近くで便利でした

マニアルがなかったので海外の生活の経験がないと使い方がわからないかもしれません

Excellent well positioned good value apartment

Well positioned apartment for exploring Bologna and getting to the train station

It’s a block of apartments so whilst there was a balcony there was no view of interest

near train station

Francesca was very responsive and met us on arrival. Showed us around unit and explained how everything worked. Very clean and comfortable, has a large porch with table and chairs which was lovely to sit at and enjoy a drink at the end of the day. great to have a washing machine as we had been travelling for a while!

it was near train station but a bit further from town than I imagined. about a 10min walk to get to the start of the restaurants and 15 into town.

Nice place at a good location

Very clean apparment with good facilities. 10-15 minutes walking distance to center of Bologna and the central station.

The double bed and sofa bed are a little soft.

Excellent

Our guest Francesca was very nice and helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and very clean. It has a huge terrace, much larger than I expected. The location was great, 10 minutes of walk from train station, 10 minutes of walk to the 2 towers. It is in a gated location, with great outdoor spaces. I would definitely return with pleasure.

For us it was perfect, we liked everything.

Impeccable apartment with great location and easy communication.

It was truly an excellent choice! The apartment was impeccably clean, and the beautiful terrace was a real asset. Additionally, its location near the train station was very convenient for getting around the city. The communication with Francesca was extremely easy and pleasant. She was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. I really appreciated her availability. As for the access to the apartment, everything was well organized. The provided instructions were clear, and I was able to settle in quickly and easily. This contributed to making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment. It's perfect for those looking for a clean place with a beautiful terrace and an excellent location. Furthermore, the ease of communication and access makes it an even more attractive choice. I had a fantastic stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to return during my next visit.

Francesca was an excellent host and met us at the apartment, she fully briefed us on the apartment and the surrounding area for shops & places to visit etc.

a perfect place to stay for a visit to Bologna!

Francesca and her flat are wonderful and ideally located. modern, well appointed, an amazing balcony garden area, and she was so helpful. great security on the property too.

Beautiful apartment, great amenities and location

Beautiful apartment, comfortable and spotlessly clean! Very well equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking. Even plates and cups for the kids! Check in was quick and easy and the owner kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment whilst it was being cleaned and come back later in the day. Balcony was very relaxing to sit out on at night and the location was great, walking distance to everything. Very secure complex and lift too which was a godsend with two kids and suitcases! Owner was on hand with any questions! Would not hesitate to stay again!

There was nothing we didn't like! Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Exceptional

We stayed here for four days and we are very satisfied. It was warm in the apartment, even though it was January in Bologna. The apartment is a short distance from the train station and the city centre, about ten minutes' walk. Staying in the apartment is very pleasant and the bed is very comfortable. Also Francesca is super nice.

Exceptional

The appartement was perfect and the host was great, supporting us with everthing during our stay. Despite our late arrival, we received all help and information to access the location and to make the best use of it. It has a beautifull terrace with very nice view where we enjoyed breakfast and some relaxing time. The appartment s located in the city center, just a short walk from all the objectives. 5 min from Central Station, which is conveniently connected by monorail train to the airport (7 min).

Good

The location was very good. The apartment is very close to the train station and to the bus station. It is also close to the center. Super market is nearby. The hoster was very kind and helpful. The balcony was very nice. Generally it was cozy.

There was a problem with the internet and we didn't have internet at all. I think it was a little bit overpriced.

Handy to train station - great for self catering

Central to the train station and under cover much of the way. Bologna itself has many covered walkways so able to get around if raining or very hot. Fabulous apartment that exceeded our expectations. Nice to have cooking facilities and handy to several supermarkets. Francesca is a superb host who is prompt communicating, informative of local facilities and very welcoming.
