Sehr nett und angenehm. Ich würde wiederkommen.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und großes Zimmer. Zum Dom war es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Das Viertel ist sehr nett, mit angenehmen Bars und Läden. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und mir wurde schnell geholfen.

Leider war das Zimmer zur Straße raus und somit nicht ganz leise. Das Bad war ok, nur die Dusche etwas klein. Das Parkhaus kostete uns 40€ extra.

Good location, bathroom was clean, room not too comfortable. I wound not be back

The style and decorations

I was assigned the wrong room, and we had to arrange for a change. The mattress in the second room wasn't as comfortable, and the bedsheet, curtains, and even one pillow had been sprayed with a strong deodorizer, affecting my sleep.

A large room in a great location

This room was definitely a great value for money, especially in Florence! The room was very large and situated in a quiet but central neighborhood. There was a boiler, tea and coffee capsules in the room (coffee machine in the reception). When we arrived there was no staff at the reception but we communicated by phone and the self check-in was very easy. The hotel also sent recommendations for restaurants and coffee/breakfast places that we tested and approved. I highly recommend this hotel and I will surely book again for my next trip in Florence.

letto molto comodo e spazioso, stanza grande con bagno altrettanto grande, non c’erano problemi di spazio.

Very nice hotel, will definitely recommend it!

The hotel is very nice and located near the historical center. Our room was clean and spacious. We also had a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi, which was a nice surprise. We were also very pleased that in the check-in instruction the property gave us some recommendations of cafés, restaurants, and museums. Very thoughtful!

We could not connect to the wifi, but it wasn’t critical for us. The free luggage storage is available but in a sister hotel located nearby.

Wer ein zentrales und hübsches Appartment sucht, Ohropax dabei hat, der ist hier gut aufgehoben

Sehr zentrale Lage, ein Supermarkt in der unmittelbaren Nähe, die Bäckerei neben dem Appartment ist sehr zu empfehlen Busstation direkt vor der Tür Tägliche Reinigung Einfaches kontaktloses Einchecken Großzügiges Schlafzimmer und Bad mit riesiger Badewanne

Das WLAN hat praktisch gar nicht funktioniert (habe mehrfach einen AP des Appartements dazu kontaktiert, erst versuchte er zu helfen, dann antwortete er einfach nicht mehr) Extrem hellhörig, man hört sowohl Strassengeräusche als auch alle Nachbarn im Flur sehr laut, da sowohl die Fenster als auch die Türen nicht abgedichtet sind Wasserdruck sehr schwach

Gut mit Luft nach oben

Es ist wirklich alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt an der stark befahrenen Straße, an Schlaf ist hier kaum zu denken. Zudem ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Wer etwas Entspannung und Ruhe zum Ankommen sucht ist hier an der falschen Adresse.

Accommodation is very clean and got a great sleep. located 10/15 minutes walk to the centre. They are plenty of restaurants around the corners if you didn't want to go into the centre. Easy check in. Communication is via text.

The that location was good,. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were nice, and the bathroom was huge.

It would’ve been nice to have coffee in my room rather than having to go into the lobby. Also, would’ve been nice to have some water provided and some kind of breakfast snack.

nice hotel and room but too noisy

the location was good, close to the train station and not that far from the city center. The room was spacious and the bed was big.

The noise… I don’t know if it was the room we were staying only, but the windows don’t block the sound of the road at all… Even closed it was so noisy as if they were open. If you have very good earplugs or you’re not affected by noise it’s fine but otherwise it’s quite uncomfortable.
