Assolutamente sconsigliato

Il personale è disponibile e accogliente, la posizione è ottima e la colazione è molto buona.

Ingresso a 200 metri dalla strada percorribili in una via strettissima piena di sporcizia e incolta vegetazione senza illuminazione. Ci hanno dato una stanza (la B10) diversa da quella che avevamo prenotato. Lavandino otturato, bagno irrespirabile e camera piena di formiche anche dentro il letto. Asciugamani sporchi. Abbiamo fatto check out dopo due notti pur avendone pagate 4.

Perfect, highly recommend!

The location was perfect, the staff were wonderful, the room was neat and clean and had everything we needed, and the breakfast was extremely delicious and well presented.

I wouldn’t stay here again, i had a bad experience. Staff and Manager weren’t always honest

Nothing much, pictures looks better. Not so much in person

I was given room B10 which had spider webs, a frog and insects everywhere inside the room. Worst part is that I didn’t even book B10. When I questioned the staff they mentioned they don’t have any other rooms and I have to speak to the manager. I had to make a big fuss next morning asking for me to be moved to the room I rightfully booked. Somehow magically a new room appeared when the night before I was told there are no other rooms. It was the worst experience. I was moved from B10 to B2, B2 was not bad and clean, but the bed was too hard to sleep on. The other part is, I booked a tour to Mt Batur for 2 using the hotel reception, I got ripped off. I paid 1.5M IDR for two people only to find out from other fellow travellers in my group they only paid 700k IDR for two. When I questioned the manager at the hotel, I got 200K IDR back. I felt deceived by the hotel again I am unable to attach videos here but attached the 2 pictures I have

Zentral gelegene kleine familiäre Idylle

In der etwas schmaleren Straße neben dem ganzen Trubel gelegen war es - bis auf die sehr lauten Geräusche der Natur - die Grillen :D richtig schön ruhig! Wir waren in der mittleren Etage des Komplexes, zwar keine Aussicht über das kleine Reisfeld, aber trotzdem ins Grüne, da alles am Hang gebaut ist. Großes komfortables Bett mit Moskitoschutz. Zimmer insgesamt kleiner als erwartet. Wirkte relativ familiär und gemütlich alles. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Ameisen auf dem Zimmer - aber wenige und meistens schon tot (ist halt in der Natur) Super Ausblick von der Terasse.

Zimmer etwas dunkel, da die Fenster zum Gehweg raus waren, nur ein kleines "Kellerfenster" im Bad. Wenige Liegen am Pool mit Sonne am Nachmittag - oder positiv: viel Schatten :) Frühstück "nur" bis 10...also wenn man morgens Yoga von 8:30 bis 10 machen will wirds knapp oder man muss fragen, ob man später kommen darf. Wäscheservice relativ teuer.

Rent och städat, fräscha lakan och handdukar. tyst och lugnt. Bra med myggnät som komplement. Tillmötesgående personal.

ev lite mörkt rum. poolområdet var inte så inbjudande men det gjorde inget för vår del.

Good location, easy walk to centre of Ubud and in a nice peaceful setting located off the road. Rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable. Good choice for breakfast & nice to have it included in the price. Staff are lovely

Pool closes at 7pm which is a shame as quite nice to go for a dip to cool down after dinner. There is a bit of noise at night from local bars but nothing major

One feels that one is living amidst a farm and trees calm and quite very few rooms so our group kind of monopolized the pool area. The price was good, but not a steal considering the limited facilities.

Young kids run the place - usually, just one person at a time, and the person changes every day. Most infuriating is the shortage of water, they sell very small bottles at a high price (a common practice in Bali) some staff was very helpful others were of limited help. This hotel has no lift, the approach to the hotel is a pathway barely 5 feet wide and there are stairs to be climbed everywhere as the hotel is on multiple levels. The Wi-Fi was a joke at least in some rooms. For the young and strong it may not be a problem.

the room was absolutely trouble. we asked for 2 beds but didn’t help us. and also the sheet and room were not clean.

Overall was a good stay. The breakfast and pool was the best features. And the staff were friendly.

The breakfast was amazing. Compliments to the chef and staff. Also, the location is really good and the pool was kept clean.

The ants and bugs that was in the room, luckily they had a bug net on the bed. Also, we stayed there for 7 days and the pillow cases and bed sheets were never changed.

Very nice location (just in the middle of Bisma street) and super friendly staff. They were very attentive and flexible with my check-in. Also, loved the breakfast with a lovely view.

Everything was good. Maybe just that the room was a little damp or smelled a bit mouldy, but I have experienced this before in Bali.

NOT AGAIN

We got the rooms in ground floor which are simply terrible (even when we were promised to get top floor). No view, MOLD and INSECT everywhere (totally not suitable for kids or allergic). Picture of these rooms are not on the website. Staff offered us free breakfest and discount, which was nice, but it cannot change ruined vacation in UBUD. Top floor rooms are quite nice.

This place has been my best choice in Bali. Great location close to everything in Ubud lots of restaurants and shops around. my room was so beautiful and the view was wonderful also very clean and lovely staff. I’ll be back for sure

It’s clean and the room is spacious. I get a balcony and the view is like a jungle & garden. super good. I didn’t expect that it would be that good.

The way to the hotel is small & only accessible by walking. We have to walk to small alley so it’s a little bit hard for you if you bring big luggages

relaxing and wonderful

super clean and affordable. it was my birthday and the staff surprised me with a cake and roses. I’ve never experienced such a warm and genuine welcome. we had many enquires regarding day trips and hikes and they were able to assist with absolutely everything. I cannot fault this place 10/10.

The location is great, close to the centre but far enough to be quiet and relax. View is amazing. Staff very friendly.

Pillowcases and sheets are too old.The fabric broke by itself, they should be changed for new ones. Breakfast is fine but they too very long time to serve. Rubbish bin full of ants inside of the room.

Dissapointing

The location

Everything else. It was absolutely not what I booked. No view on the garden and the room was different. I was starring to 4 walls. With a tiny window. Asked for the manager nobody ever came back to me. I had to do something for work there was supposed to be wifi, but there wasn’t. It wasn’t working. So I had to run last minute to a cafe to get my work call.

I felt comfortable in there.

Adi Bisma is in quite good location. Still need a scooter probably to get around, but will manage to go places by walk as well. Staff was really friendly and cleaned the room every day.

The curatins around bed and behind the windows were really dusty, so if you have a dust allergy I don’t recommend this place.

Great location in Ubud

Charming inn very well located in Ubud if you want to stay away from the traffic but still be in a walking distance from everyting. The staff were very kind and the room very spacious.
