EL HOTEL ES MUY BONITO Y CENTRICO, MUY LIMPIO Y CÓMODO ME GUSTO MUCHO

LO QUE FALLO FUE EL SERVICIO DE DESAYUNO AUNQUE FUE MUY RICO PERO MUY TARDADO ESPERAMOS MUCHO Y ERAMOS POCAS PERSONAS Y EMPEZABAN A DAR TARDE EL SERVICIO. CONSIDERO QUE DEBEN TENER QUIEN SUPERVICE LA PARTE DEL RESTAURANTE YA QUE EN RECEPCIÓN NO SE INVOLUCRAN. LOS ALIMENTOS ERAN MUY RICOS SOLO QUE FUE TARDADO.

A very good option to visit Queretaro.

Great location, close to the church of Junipero Sierra, and to the historical center with plenty to visit - all by foot. The room was rather large with two very comfortable beds, and a nice bathroom - though the "hot water" was not really hot; no window in the room; but the AC was great. The staff (we met 3 of them) were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, right across the hall from the bedroom, no need to go outside; there also, very friendly staff and breakfast was quite decent, not huge, but enough. Great option for Queretaro and great value.

Room was a bit dark, would benefit from lighter rugs. The door to the room was a bit shaky, but this is a small hotel and there is an onsite manager 24/7. Finally, the hot water in the shower should be hotter.

The best location in town for a very beautiful old house.

Location is fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and the comfort in the room is also very good. Overall it is quite and very nice.

Breakfast is a very late 9am... And the voucher for the breakfast is very limited. No Juice, and nothing compared to the menu they offer to visitors NOT hotel guests. Even if the decoration is nice it lacks that cosiness and sense of being invited which could be offered with a few benches in the hall or better in the inner courtyard, and a few plants/flowers.

Amazing stay at Casa Brunella

Breakfast was incredible, and I really enjoyed that it was included in the price! The location was perfect, a lot of places to visit nearby. The room was very comfortable, a little smaller than I anticipated, but still I liked it a lot.

Easter in Queretaro

Staff were outstanding and very courteous. The location made it easy to walk wherever we wanted to go. The breakfast was delicious, and no steps to climb to go to our room was a big bonus

Hotel is nice and clean.

The hotel is very pretty and confortable, it has an excellent location, however I was expecting a backyard or a little garden to enjoy the hotel. Nevertheless, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very kind and helpful.

We liked pretty much everything about Casa Brunella. It is cosy, intimate and super convenient in terms of location and comforts. The staff in both the dining room and registration were welcoming, knowlegable re: area and responsive. Breakfast was tasty.

We stayed for one nightt only on personal business and habe zero complaints.

The best bed I slept in in Mexico. The scent of the room was heavenly. It was absolutely luxury for the price.

Walking the historic city of Querétaro from this location was amazing!

Location was perfect for walking historic parts of the city. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was delicious. Room was nice and clean.

Despite it’s not a boutique hotel, its comfortable and well located with a nice restaurant.

Neither parking lot nor valet parking at the property. However there was a free parking lot half-a-mile away

Easy to get to the Centro by walking. Nice outdoor cafes around the corner.

Air conditioning sounded very loud and scary ALL NIGHT LONG. TV was not working, there were no channels, no netflix nor movies to watch. The ceiling sounded so loud.

we love that it is so small and intimate. we stayed here before and this time they added a restaurant with delicious food. the breakfast is delicious as well. the staff are all very friendly. many speak English as well. spa services are available in room we hope to try some next time. we love that it is pet friendly
