The accommodation were good but the desk staff poor

The evening and morning staff did not speak english and were totally not helpful.

REALLY GOOD. GREAT LOCATION

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff was very attentive. The location is great! Walking distance to every place in Centro Histórico. We didn’t need a car. The room was comfortable.

Perfect accessible location on the edge of Centro.

Everything, great location, super secure parking in the interior of the hotel. clean large rooms and comfortable beds.

it is a tight turn into the the courtyard would be my only slight. If you have a larger car you may not be able to swing it.

Lots of space but very dated and run-down.

Near historic city center. Staff was helpful and responsive.

Our suite had a bizarre layout. There was a comfortable (but spare) sitting area in the loft, But the tv was downstairs facing the bed. The room was very dark. Everything needed a renovation. Light switches were scattered all over the suite. Other classier hotels (such as the Hotel Hidalgo) were more centrally located.

Tranquil stay at center of city

This hotel's location is unbeatable, it is central but quiet, with a beautiful large courtyard in the center and a huge parking lot at the back. There are other smaller courtyards spread out the hotel's compound too. We booked a double bed room and our room is huge, the bathroom is very clean, and the tile floor is spotless. The room service is performed in the morning when we step out so when we come back from breakfast a cleaned up room and made-up beds and fresh linens are waiting for us. The hot water for showers never runs out like in some of the other more pricier hotels. The hotel and facilities are very well maintained. Nothing fancy but it meets our needs and totally worth it. I would use the word tranquil to describe this property. If I come back to Queretaro, I would stay at this hotel again.

That they only give each room one key card even though there are two of us.

The lack of an onsite restaurant or even a coffee maker was a drawback. When you are travelling for work it adds some extra steps in the morning.

Charming and quiet hotel in centro.

A very charming and comfortable hotel. Quiet and convenient location to explore centro historico. We had a large room, great internet and a big screen tv. King size bed. Great shower. Highly recommended.
