Superb

Quiet friendly hotel with all facilities you need also for families. Lovely breakfast. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Cooking facilities to prepare your own meals.

Its a small thing but if i have to mention something: We had a family chamber with 3 beds for 5 persons (2 twin beds). Each bed was in a separate section in the room. To go to the toilet you had to pass the other beds. The toilet and the shower were in the same bathroom. A balcony would improve the room.

Rooms not what they promise

The outside environment is nice. Lovely pool area. The vibe is a bit like a camping or hostel (albeit at 4 star hotel prices). With the exception of our room we liked this property but our rating reflects the important point below!

Be careful of the misleading advertising! We booked and paid for a “Superior Suite” featuring a kitchenette, patio/terrace, and pool/garden views, or so the “room features” promised. We got a standard double room, damp, in a basement, without even a functioning fridge. The one small window opened onto the carpark. It was neither a suite nor superior. After we got Booking.com involved we received a 25% discount but believe all travellers should be careful of this misleading advertising. Only other little niggles: Room was definitely not soundproof. No cellphone coverage and wifi doesn’t work (at least in basement room) so be prepared to be totally off grid.

Beautiful relaxing stay!

This property is amazing and peaceful! So beautiful, clean, friendly staff, great place to relax. Very comfortable beds and room. Amazing grounds, pool, bikes to use, cute town 10 minutes away.

I like this place so much I wish I had the money to buy it!!!

Martha and the staff there are absoluelty lovely. This is our second time here as we loved it so much the first time and we were not dissapointed. So peaceful and lovely to escape the world. The rooms are very nice and well done out and I love the ecological credentials of the place. It's an absolute gem!!

There is a lot of mosquito's around as can be expected in a coutryside location; so make sure you take some mosquito repellant with you!

Quiet and relaxing stay

The property is beautiful, hidden in between nice fields and vineyards. The room was lovely, very clean and well decorated, the bed was extremely comfortable. It was very quiet so it was perfect for relaxing. We were on the ground floor with doors that opened to a little balcony/patio, which was an amazing plus. The property has many areas to enjoy. The pool area looked great although it was too cold when we went so sadly we didn't use it. There's also a kitchen and barbecues that are free for using whenever you want. We stayed for dinner one night and the food was very tasty and the wine too. You must have a car to reach the property, and to move around the area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent place to rest and retreat. Significant territory with an outdoor kitchen, where you can find everything you need. Activities with bikes, table tennis, and playground give you a lot of opportunities. Сomfortable rooms, a lovely fireplace, and very helpful staff.

Our Spanish wasn't so good and we had some misunderstandings at the beginning of our stay. You have to be ready for it.

Great for a good rest and a good night sleep

It’s the ideal place if you want to have a good rest. I stayed midweek, and I was the only guest in the whole property. It was very silent in the evening, perfect for a good night sleep. The shared areas a great, there is also a chimney that you can light on those cold nights.

It’s not easy to get to, you definitely need a car to get to it. Satnavs get a bit confused when giving you instructions to the hotel. The is a guard dog which can be a bit intimidating, it’s normally allowed to be free after certain hours, so if you plan to have a late walk you need to let the house carer know- otherwise you could have an uncomfortable situation with Duke, the german shepherd dog

we loved absolutely everything there ! the area is fabulous, the views are great . They have awesome different areas : pool , garden, terrace etc . Everything is new , great heating , good showers, comfy beds . Calm around. We stayed with 2 kids , so the playground occupied them . Big common kitchen , with even grill possibilities . We would love to come back in summer for sure to enjoy the pool area. If you love stays in the middle of somewhere , this is a TOP one

perfect for couples, families or groups

This was a magnificent venue. We only stayed two nights but you could settle in here for much longer. The property would be equally attractive to couples, families and groups. Our room was very elegant with a rustic aesthetic. Very comfortable beds, good size bathroom and a private terrace. A shared lounge includes a billiard table. The site includes a bar and they serve a fabulous breakfast. The pool is surrounded by day beds for relaxing. Part of the Cami de Rec hike can be accessed from the property. There is a shared kitchen/dining building which would be great for gatherings. The setting, among the grapevines overlooked by rocky hills, looks amazing for weddings or other parties.

no fly screens, so maybe bring repellent if you like to sleep with the windows open.

Beautiful estate as base for visiting Priorat

Wow, what an amazing place tucked away in the country side. Beautifully renovated estate with nice big rooms. Nice pool in the garden with lots of place to hang out, also a bar serving local wine and the most amazing breakfast. We didn't use it but there is a communal kitchen to prepare your own food, and we were told we could be served some lighter snacks. Staff instead helped us reserve good restaurants in nearby village, as well as winery visits and tastings.

Price is on the higher side, although for us it was the perfect location for our days in Priorat region. Although it's not that far, it's a threshold to get yourself to the village for eating. Car is needed.

it’s really super nice but seems a bit too expensive all the same. doors between rooms in our room didn’t shut properly. bicycle helmets were broken

Great location and the staff especially the Venezuelan lady working in the afternoon/evenings, we’re brilliant.

Rustic charm, location and staff

Shame they didn’t clean our room during 2 night stay and the big downside is there is nothing cooked available to eat for breakfast or dinner so you really need to go out for dinner and there’s no where local for that. However the cold meat and cheese option is good and especially in wine!

Peaceful stay in a detached villa

Amazing villa within the vineyard in proximity of Tarragona. Great big garden, comfortable pool, splendid common area. Free bikes were a nice touch. Very peaceful place.

Housekeeping was using air freshener with very intensive scent. But that a minor drawback. :)

Amazing stay at an amazing property

Amazing stay at an amazing property. Spotlessly clean, super-comfortable beds, incredibly nice staff and beautiful grounds. Our family of 2 adults and 2 boys had a truly wonderful stay. The breakfast is delicious,. Highly recommended Más del Sord for anyone looking for some country relaxation!
