Home away from home

Although it was an emotional trip that we had to go to PE for. I like the fact that the place let us leave our stuff early while they were busy cleaning up as we got to PE early. The kitchen had everything you will need. This was really a home away from home

We couldn't use the tub as there was no stopper for the bath and the taps were very hard. But atleast it had a shower with hot water which was very nice.

Stunning place and wonderful staff.

Had everything one could need...

Some rude men who lived nearby came over to complain about the music that my buddies were playing a bit too loud and too late an hr as it was a weekday. I had been sleeping and woke up when I heard the commotion. These men were very rude, tried to intimidate me, and would not even let me finish a sentence. Almost as if they wanted to start something. They even went as far to call the cops. Unfortunately for them, they did not get the reaction they wanted. How unnecessary and sad to create such a scene. They also obviously have no respect for women at all, judging by the way they spoke to and treated me. Apart from my encounter with these 3 grown-up up bullies. My friends and I loved the place 💕 A big thanks to the onsite security guard .U were awesome!!!!

Will not recommend

Greeting by property caretaker was pleasant but the host was nowhere to be seen on arrival.

Host was not there and didn't welcome us. Flat had many dirty places and not like the pictures. No mattress protectors. Torn towels and bathmat, dirty outside of toilet and disgusting toilet brush. Dirty kitchen sink. Furniture was dirty and stained. Wardrobe stank of urine. I didn't go elsewhere as there was a no refund policy for the booking. Was offered cleaning service at 1 30 on the second day, too late.

Excellent value for money

We stayed in the cottage. It was spacious and comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the hot showers. The host was very communicative. The location is great for visiting the Greenacres Hospital which was our main purpose for visiting Gqeberha.

The parking space is limited and it did create problems of being parked in.

Situation perfect for visiting St George's Hospital.

Big room, big kitchen, big bathroom, big TV screen

The step into the shower was too high for us to use, despite warning the hosts that we were with a fairly disabled person. No electric blankets and cold tiled floor so it was very cold. Limited TV channels to choose from.

Location. Very clean. Staff very pleasant.

Camera in the kitchen. Maybe a bucket in showers to preserve water whilst waiting for it to heat up. Cold showers - need a bigger geyser to cater for lots of guests.

The facility was very comfortable for me and family. I could help myself and it was close to all the areas I visit

Overall the accommodation is convenient and comfortable.

The family cottage is spacious with enough comfortable beds for a family of 7.

What I did not like are the 2 cameras that are installed inside the house. That is an invasion of privacy. I had to cover them.

I loved my stay. Thank you Owl House I will definately stay over again.

It is self catering. Beautiful clean and tranquil. It was great to just relax in the cool livingroom after a stressfull 400 km drive. They have everything you need for your stay. Thank you for a wonderfull overnight.

The wooden floor that squeeked under my foor nearly gave me a heart attack. 🤣

Satisfied holiday at the owl guest house

I really liked all the staff, always so ready to help. The apartment was super clean and cleaned daily. Our laundry was done for us daily..

The kitchen was Abit small, can be bigger. Beds were Abit too hard. Not to my liking but that's my opinion.
