Feel at home

Clean and spotless. All facilities are very good! Free toiletries and coffee every day! I clean my room every day.

Location - very accessible to other establishments, just a short walk away. Elevator - convenient, since the rooms are on 5th floor

The tall glass window that you can see outside, and you can be seen from the inside if you didnt close the curtains. also the curtains for these window are thin (light can still pass through). I think its much better if the glass window in this room is frosted or has double curtains.

Nothing good - worst hotel I had in 3 weeks in Philippines.

Room is supposed to have a view and a balcony. But there was no window, except for a sitting area and the elevator, which means the curtains had to be shut at all time. When I told the staff about it, they refused to answer, except "all rooms are like that". The rooftop is also just a 2 meters square space, near the open room where some staff sleeps... Actually, all the good reviews are made from the same people (several 10 from same person)... Strange, isn't it ?

Very good

The location is close to everything and far from the main road. The room was big enough and clean. The bed was comfy. The hotel is facing towards the Mayon Volcano.

The aircon sounded like we are at a construction site. Breakfast also wasn't available, which is fine, can go to the closest mcdonalds, just it eats our time, when the main purpose is to see the Mayon Volcano that is usually covered with clouds by 9am or so. This was the first time when we didn't have bedside table ☹️

Too expensive for the facilities, only thing that sets it apart from a motel is the view of Mayon.

The view is great but was obscured by the dirty windows.

We weren’t told that we needed to inform them upon check in if we want breakfast served, so we had to walk to a nearby hotel for breakfast.

I stayed here 4 weeks, no problems, great stay for the price.

Quiet location, view of the volcano, hot and cold drinking water always available. Loved the staff.

No clock/radio, the shower head was messed up, the cr floor didn’t drain well, not much ventilation, needed some air freshener.

It's clean. But that's it.

I booked a double deluxe room for me and my wife. The front desk staff told me it's a twin room. I showed her my confirmation details, she insisted they were the same. We know they're not, but we obliged. The elevator floors are problematic. See it for yourself. The standard room (for the driver) was so cramped and there was no window. (This one is hilarious) They provided packets of instant coffee, creamer and, and sugar beside the cups and bottles of water. But there's no heating pot provided. The main lobby door is always locked. You have to wait for the staff (sometimes kids) to open it up for you. Not enough parking spaces. But yes, it's really clean and the beds are somewhat comfortable.

Location and the place was still new.

No restaurant inside, no fridge anywhere.

It's close to Tourist spots, overlooking Mayon Volcano, very accommodating staff, very clean rooms.

The bed is sagging, there are no hooks/towel bar in the bathroom but very minor issue.

Deafening AC, mattress sags in the middle when you lay down, cockroach welcomed us in the toilet when I opened, front desk not helpful when I complained about the deafening AC sound.
