the condo apartment has a comfortable bed, good kitchen with pots and pans, good sized refrigerator coffee maker, microwave. Outside are for grilling.
the pool area was comfortable and the pool well maintained.
AC worked very well; a unit in living room and another in the bedroom.
Eagle beach is less crowded than palm beach which we liked. It's a walk to Passions on the beach which serves a good breakfast until 11am.
The staff to check you in are helpful; they provide beach towels, and the room has 2 beach chairs but no umbrella.
there is a construction site down the road which makes the street look unappealing; it should be finished shortly.
It's a long block to walk to get to the beach. You get used to it.
No umbrellas on the beach there which you need as the sun is strong and the island has little shade.

We like everything about Pearl Aruba Condos though it's not a 5-star upscale property.
Cleanliness - Even though it's close to the beach, it was very clean, from the general property, to the outdoor pool, to the room, to the kitchen (including the cookware & cutleries), and even the outdoor gas grill.
Location - It's only 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance from the Eagle beach where the water is shallow for swimming and we can enjoy the beach with its soft white sand, but the property is also close enough to keep it away from the traffic.
Facilities - It has a range of facilities to make us very comfortable and convenient. It has a shower stall where we can wash up our snorkeling gears, a laundry drying rack for our swim wears, beach chairs (though they can be upgraded) that we can carry to the beach, the outdoor pool and gas grill, covered patio area for us to enjoy our dinner.
Restaurant - The restaurant on site, the Shakers Cocktail Shack, is definitely a hidden gem. Its green salad got a very special refreshing homemade dressing and the chicken wings with its special sauce and fries were the crispiest of all that we had tried on the island, including those very famous ones but at a very affordable price.
Staff - Danni and Zi were particularly helpful and friendly. Since it was our first visit to Aruba, we had many questions and Danni answered all of them, which really helped our planning. She even went out of her way to look up the needed information for us.
An area for improvement -
Condiment - It would help us, short-term visitors, if there are basic cooking condiments.
A disadvantage - Apparently, "Pearl Aruba Condos" in the listing has more than one agent, I mean other than Danni. We got very confused.

Ubicación muy buena, todo lo que decía el aviso, se cumplió, no exageraron nada. Limpieza correcta, apto. muy pulcro, iluminado, enseres nuevos y todos funcionando. Piscina limpia y jacuzzi muy oportuno para las tardes/noches. Personal muy agradable y servicial. Destaco la labor de Zhihing Fan, (Zi como le dicen todos) muy atento, siempre sonriente y soluciona todo l,o que le planteas, un ejemplo de cómo se trata al turista, excelete persona y mejor empleado.

The location was excellent. You can actually walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes.. The pool and jacuzzi were very inviting and clean. Our actual unit was very adequate. It provided all basic kitchenware, pots, pans, blender, convection cooker, beach chairs, beach towels and cooler. The living room /kitchen area is spacious. The master bedroom was a nice size and the balcony was a welcomed plus. The balcony was a great place to sit and reflect while enjoying a cup of tea (or whatever your beverage choice). The bathroom included an exhaust unit that performed effectively.. The shower always had hot water which was invigorating and appreciated. The extra bonus was 2 televisions; one in living room and the other in bedroom. The office staff was amazing. They understood our phone dilemmas and willingly assisted us in anyway necessary. We kind of hit the jackpot when we decided on this place.
Minor items we did not like about the accomodations were:
No phones in the room
The hours for the jacuzzi (2 pm -6 pm)
Slight mildew in shower door track
Toilet not chair height
No elevator. (we were aware due to disclosure in the description)
No full length mirror
Not enough clothes hangers in gorgeous wardrobe
Had to watch movies through You Tube due to limited cable access
No airport transportation pick up
None of these items would be a deal breaker if we decided to return to Aruba in the future.

La ubicación es muy buena, a 200 metros de una de las playas más lindas de Aruba, con minimarket a unos pasos en donde consigues de todo. Puede ir a pie un pequeño centro comercial y al supermercado.
El personal es muy amable y está siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y me sorprendió que son muy silenciosas. La cocina muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario (si quieres algo más lo puedes pedir en la recepción). Te dan sillas y toallas para la playa o piscina, una heladerita para la playa y hay hielo disponible al lado de la piscina.
Hay tendedero, plancha, en fin, todo lo que puedas necesitar para una estancia cómoda.
Están construyendo un edificio en la misma calle, no molestan los ruidos para nada, pero si hay más tierra en la calle de lo normal, por suerte es una molestia pasajera que no tiene nada que ver con el hotel. Solo lo notas cuando caminas a la playa.

Me cobraron un 15% como tarifa de servicio, la cual no se encuentra expuesta en ninguna parte y realmente lo encuentro un robo, ya que yo me incline por este hotel por el valor que se indica en la página y en ninguna pate se indicó que el valor del 15% del servicio es obligatorio. Dicho esto creo que Booking debe sincerar este valor si es obligatorio y colocar como parte de la tarifa al momento de promocionar este hotel o cualquier otro que tenga esta condición. Decir que levantare un reclamo en Chile al servicio nacional del consumidor (SERNAC), por publicidad engañosa dada esta situación.

We loved the location of the Pearl Aruba Condos. It is an easy walk to the beach and even easier taxi ride to anywhere.
The grounds were well maintained and the pool was so nice. The staff were wonderful and assisted us with calling a taxi service whenever we needed it.
The only thing we didn't like were the sleeping surfaces in our individual unit. The king bed was really hard, as was the sleeper sofa/futon. But this is a sleeping preference and should not discourage anyone from staying on the property itself.

Tiene piscina y jacuzzi, a 1 cuadra de la mejor playa de Aruba (a mi juicio).
El lugar tiene mucho potencial para aprovechar, incluso una barra de piscina sin uso.
La escalera del jacuzzi tiene esquinas filosas, en que se accidentó mi hija (fácilmente pueden redondearlas o cubrir con goma).
El barman atiende mal, con razón está siempre vacío.

The Pearl was a wonderful property that had nice facilities, wasn’t too busy, and was at a great location.
We used the grills one night and although they worked well for us, they could use updating. One handle was broken, one tank was empty, and there weren’t all the proper tools.
Also, suggest putting paper towels in the rooms to help with kitchen cleaning.

Breakfast was very satisfying. Waitress was friendly and welcomed us with a smile. Value was great.
Lunch was below average for sandwiches. Two thin slices of meat with three pieces of bread not sufficient.
The first day I asked the bartender if we could watch game there. He stated "only for paying customers." He didn't even know us and lost out on business because of his negative attitude with us.
Also, there was no cooler in our room which would have came in handy at the beach. When we asked reception they said we should have one but no one followed up with us.

Just like in the picture. Clean room, nice pool and jacuzzi. Bar on site where you can have breakfast and drinks. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Close to the beach, provide beach chairs. Would recommend! Thank you very much!
