Excelente ubicación, habitaciones con cocina y equipada, magnifico tiene supermercado de cadena pasando la calle, la playa es la mas hermosa de Aruba. Los parasoles son gratis y el hotel te brinda las sillas. Limpio y todo esta en excelente estado.
Falta mas entretenimiento para el huésped, ciertas noches hubo agrupación musical pero les falta animador.

La mejor elección, muy bien ubicado, la habitación cómoda, la cocina con lo necesario para preparar comidas, un supermecado cerca, los servicios de restaurante y piscinas excelentes, personal muy amable, muy cerca a una de las playas mas bellas.

Acomodação confortável, apt tinha um bom tamanho, banheiro com agua quente (ducha nao muito forte, mas ok). Cozinha com excelente estrutura, todos os utensilios que vc possa precisar. Para mim que estava viajando com crianca esse ponto foi bem importante.
O hotel não oferece café da manhã na diária mas incluímos por fora. O café não é buffet, você escolhe dentre as opções disponíveis nos 2 restaurantes do resort. Importante ter em mente que o foco da ilha são turistas dos EUA, então espere um cardápio bem US centric (ovos, bacon e afins). Preço por refeição varia de 15 a 25 USD. Quem optar por não pegar o café do hotel, bem atrás dele tem um supermercado (da pra ir andando) onde vc pode fazer as compras e fazer as refeições no apt.
A equipe do hotel foi excelente, sempre nos auxiliando de forma muito solicita e cordial em todas as nossas solicitações. Nota 10 para a camareira que atendeu nosso apt durante nossa estadia.
O hotel possui 3 piscinas, sendo 1 infantil e algumas jacuzzis. Para acessar a praia basta caminhar 5 min e atravessar pelo hotel da frente (La Cabana). Apesar de ter lido algumas reclamacoes antes de irmos, não tivemos problemas para conseguir barracas (palapas) e cadeiras na praia, os funcionários da praia eram bem solícitos e sempre encontravam um lugar pra ficarmos. Se não quiser ir andando, pode esperar o carrinho do hotel que leva os hóspedes pra casa. Não esperei, sempre fui e voltei andando, mas vi que tem o carrinho.
Apesar do quarto ficar fresco, o ar do apto não chega no quarto. Então precisa manter o ventilador de teto ligado sempre, caso contrário ficará quente no quarto.

Staff is not helpful and useless.
For instance - checking out, being late to the flight, 5 people on the checkout area (5 total desks), only one person is busy, 4 others are standing aside telling jokes, not even looking into the helping guests. After 10 minutes one of them decided to grace her attention by asking - "checking out?"
Also, no one responds to messages you send prior to checkin. I sent twice a week before, and 2 days before checking in asking a basic questions about my reservation. Nothing. Talking to a wall essentially.

El personal maravilloso, el apartamento era tal cual las fotos, todos nos hicieron sentir como en casa especialmente la caleña Patricia . Las piscinas espectaculares y es muy cerca a la playa.
El internet es bien inestable, los canales de TV no son tan variados , el aire acondicionado no se puede modificar a menos que se llame a room service, el house keeping bastante regular.

Hemos estado muy cómodos en Eagle Aruba Resort ¡una nuestras mejores vacaciones de playa! La ubicación es excelente, en la mejor zona de Eagle Beach, que es la mejor playa de Aruba y una de las mejores del mundo; para acceder a ella solo hay que atravesar otro hotel "The Cabana", donde los empleados no ponen ningún problema. Ya en la playa, ambos hoteles comparten palapas, tumbonas y sillas, de forma gratuita para sus huéspedes ¡lo que es una maravilla! Solo hay que ir temprano, buscar al encargado de la playa y solicitarle la palapa libre que más os guste, ellos ayudan en todo, son muy buena gente, en particular destacamos la amabilidad de Stalin y de Erik ¡Gracias! Respecto a la habitación, es espectacular, tiene todo lo necesario para hacer una estancia en Aruba perfecta, y además es muy amplia y agradable. La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar desayunos y alguna comida, tiene una nevera enorme, microondas, tostadora, cafetera, etc... El baño completo, con una ducha muy amplia y agua caliente abundante e instantánea. La habitación tiene armarios y cajoneras de sobra para colocar toda la ropa, y una cama muy cómoda y grande, así como almohadas y sábanas suaves. Tanto la sala de estar como la habitación tiene ventiladores, que generan un ambiente muy agradable para descansar, y aire acondicionado que se puede regular y funciona de maravilla. A nosotros nos tocó una habitación en la planta baja con salida a la zona de piscinas y una mesa con sillas, lo que nos facilitaba el acceso al resort. Además, incluye limpieza diaria, que creo que no es tan habitual en la isla. Se accede con pulseras de plástico muy prácticas y que se pueden mojar. Las piscinas son amplias y variadas (una tiene tobogán y parque para niños, otra tiene camas de agua y otra cascadas y jacuzzi). Otra ventaja es que está ubicado junto a uno de los supermercados más grandes de la isla, donde comprar todo tipo de productos y comida.
Los restaurantes del resort son básicos, uno italiano y otro estadounidense, pero se compensa recorriendo los restaurantes del resto de hoteles de la misma zona, y así se consigue más variedad en comidas, a distancia de a pie. Algunos empleados del bar podrían ser algo más amables.

Los cócteles de la playa caros y malos. Atienden de forma grosera. Pésimo no poder apagar el aire acondicionado. Estábamos con un bebé enfermo del frío y rinitis por el frío en la habitación.

Il servizio bar non adeguato la colazione ti sedevi al tavolo e prima di ricevere attenzioni passava mezz’ora ora che ordinavi e finivi la colazione passava come minimo 1 ora e mezza e quindi gli altri giorni ci abbiamo rinunciato e andavamo a farla al cabana molto più attenti. La pulizia della camera inesistente trovavamo ancora la sabbia del giorno prima lenzuola cambiate una volta in 10 giorni..asciugamani non sempre erano puliti..

Pretty much what I expected, a bit older resort complex, close to the beach. Overall it was satisfactory.
Couple of things. It’s advertised that you BBQ facilities for your use, but there is nothing mentioned or included in checkin material that you need to reserve them in advance, just to get them lit! Come on it’s just a grill. Spent about a hour trying to get one lit up, just to grill burgers, while kids were starving. Repeatedly told, for reference in the future, you have to reserve. Well great, tell me that when I check in, there will not be a next time. Also, really, the loss of old faded pool/beach towels is that big of a deal? That guests have to check them in and out? The cost of that hut and staffing it probably exceeds cheap used towel losts, not to mention the guest experience. Probably better ways to save money. Lastly, the gift shop wanted $36 for a small bottle of cold medicine, an unexplainable markup, nearby drugstore had it for half that.
