The were not good people at the office they will tell you to pay card then the deposit $40 cash because They know people don’t carry cash they put atm machine at the office which they charge you $3.50 The $40 cashe is to charge you fee off 3.50

Hotel was passable and the price good. The location does not appear to be one of better areas in L.A

Manager allowed me into the room early

Asked if I could leave my bag until check in the answer was no. Asked if they could call a taxi to the Airport as my phone was not working in the U.S, the answer was no.

They have bed bugs. They bit several of us.

The location

When me and my girlfriend first arrived there they told us it was a non-smoking room 🚭, we said that’s okay when we went in our room the room smelled like cigarettes, marijuana, and SHERM 🚬. We went back and asked for another room and they said they didn’t have any more rooms with an nasty attitude.😏While me and my girlfriend was laying down watching tv , we seen roaches 🪳 come out from behind the tv.🤮 When we tried to check out they tried to blam the smoke smell on us and was not trying to give us our $60 deposit back. WE DOM’T WVEN SMOKE!!!!!

Ac worked really well. It was a good location too

Roaches in room. Rude staff. Stained mattress. Tried to extend my stay for convenience but the front desk lady wanted to deny me check in because I had too much luggage

WiFi was good and location excellent

Bathroom was NOT in the room we had to go down the hall and share the restrooms but they were kept clean and the hall around my room smelled like weed. It made my wife get a major headache to where she had to lay down.
