Terrible and rude to Jo service

Nuthin service very rude not clear on payment methods couldn’t answer any questions and they keep calling out to some one else about payment and basic questions

The lady in the front was extremely rude. Wouldnt let us check in early when the whole property was completely dead also

Avoid at all costs!

This place is a joke. The parking spot was filled with trash, room was filthy with burnholes in the blankets and the heater emitted a foul smell. I ended up sleeping in my winter coat because it was so cold I was shivering.

Dated but clean bedding and towels. Location for walking to SoFi was convenient. Loved having personal covered parking.

Dated and in need of update. Surfaces were clean but worn. Patches were visible and not painted after repair. No screen in bathroom. Drain was rusty and in need of replacement. Price was high for the room but all prices were higher than normal in the area durring our stay.

Very good

That was near to the stadium and had a lot of food restaurants and shopping stores near. It's so near to the LAX airport too! I like it! It was functional. I went to the BTS concert and it was perfect cause it was so close, has excellent wifi and has parking!

Isn't it illegal not to have a smoke alarm?

We chose this motel because it is within walking distance to SoFi stadium, where we planned to attend an event, and because there is on-site parking. In these respects the accommodations lived up to expectations. The room had a refrigerator, which was nice, although everything we put in it froze solid within 12 hours. The temperature was not adjustable. The wifi was functional - not outstanding, but it worked.

As others have noted, the staff demand a "key deposit" at check in, and are extremely reluctant to provide a receipt. The deposit was $10, however, not $5 as some have noted. I eventually got a receipt, after much consternation, and the deposit was returned to me at check out. The room smelled strongly of smoke and a "rose" scented cleanser during the entire visit, even though it was booked as a non-smoking room. There was NO SMOKE ALARM in the room, although the fixture where it had been removed was plainly visible. As others have noted, the room was unclean - there were sketchy looking stains on the sheets, and hair in the bathroom. I should mention that I'm not a particularly fastidious traveler - I've traveled on the cheap in various Latin American countries, so I'm familiar and comfortable with dive hotels. This place, however, was truly on the nasty side, along the lines of motels that rent by the hour - I'm not joking. I was expecting something pretty bad given the reviews, but it was much worse than my expectations. We left early after the event and drove home through the night to avoid having to spend a second night at the place.
