Great start to my first trip to Mexico.

I loved that there was a full length mirror, excellent lighting, electric blinds, fantastic sized television, excellent shower, makeup mirror, reasonable storage and hanging space for clothes, good housekeeping, drinking water in the room. Very happy

Não vale a pena.

-Localização: fica realmente muito perto de vários passeios turísticos, mas isso se você for um turista que goste de caminhar. A proximidade ao metrô não foi útil, porque a estação próxima não atendia para ir aos bairros turísticos. Perto do hotel tem um OXXO, alguns cafés e bons restaurantes. Isso era ótimo. -Tamanho do quarto: é um tamanho ótimo para os padrões de hotel. Bem espaçoso. Um ponto que vi em outros comentários e vale ressaltar: a porta do box do banheiro é muito estreita. -Wifi: realmente funciona muito bem e você pode trabalhar sem preocupação do seu quarto. -Ar-condicionado: funcionava super bem!

-Barulho: se você é uma pessoa com sensibilidade à barulhos não fique nesse hotel!!!!!!!! O quarto era extremamente barulhento (fiquei em um quarto que era de frente para a rua do hotel). Eu conseguia ouvir a conversa das pessoas que passavam na rua (fiquei no 4º andar). Em torno do hotel tem uma grande avenida, então você escuta muita sirene, buzina e barulhos de carros/motos/caminhões. Outro ponto são as paredes do quarto que não tem isolamento nenhum!!!! Dá pra ouvir a TV do quarto ao lado. Bizarro. -Tempo de estadia: se você for ficar mais de 3 dias (meu caso), não pegue esse hotel. Não vale a pena, pois não é confortável para ficar períodos longos. O preço é bem elevado para o padrão que eles entregam. -Academia: não se engane, não tem academia (apesar de ter na descrição). Tem literalmente uma esteira, uma bike e alguns pesos livres. -TV: eles dizem ser smart TV, mas você precisa conectar diretamente a sua conta de cada streaming na TV. Não tem opção de espelhamento de tela, por exemplo. Deveriam atualizar isso. -Frigobar: antes de ir tinha visto nos comentários que não tinha frigobar, mas achei que não fosse fazer falta. Faz muita falta, porque a CDMX é extremamente quente, então você fica obrigado a beber água na temperatura ambiente.

Buena ubicación y personal atento. El baño estuvo bien. Cama cómoda.

Muebles de la habitación rayados y en mal estado. Alfombra vieja y gastada. Sin plancha, sin refrigerador. Almohadas de muy mala calidad. Sin visibilidad ni vista. Gimnasio con poco equipos.

La puerta le la habitación tenía monedas atoradas que no permitía que cerrara por fuera lo cual me dio miedo y el personal me comentó que no había de otra porque no estaba nadie de mantenimiento

Very practical but not designed for a good rest.

The staff and the food were excellent.

You can hear everything, and if you have late-night sleeper neighbours, you won’t Rest. Also, there seems to be no policy for keeping it down or at least not enforced.

Nice location. Parking was 100 pesos. The room was small but cozy and the tv had Netflix and everything!

Before purchasing the room, I was told that the specific room I was getting was going to have a city view and bathrobes. We had none of that. It’s fine but I wish it was cheaper because I paid a little extra to have that

Repetir estancia sin duda alguna!

Aunque no pagamos el alojamiento con desayuno, sí los hacen y son bastante buenos. Las camas excelentes, pero sobre todo el personal que siempre estuvo con una sonrisa para responder nuestras dudas. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en él. Lo que ya dice cuánto nos gustó, está en una colonia donde se puede recorrer a pie y ver sus excelentes construcciones, a unas calles del metro Insurgentes (ahora cerrado) y avenidas principales, nos gusta hospedarnos ahí.

Ahora nos tocó una habitación cuyas puertas de vidrio para la regadera son demasiado estrechas. Hay maneras de solucionar esas estrecheces, personas con mayor volumen corporal no podrán de manera alguna entrar ahí, nosotros tuvimos que entrar de lado, muy incómodo, lamento no haberlo comentado con el personal, pues son muy receptivos y amables. Es tan solo una cuestión de mal diseño de un accesoo.

Comfortable modern hotel

Location is great. I stayed in this area based on a previous stay but felt paying a little more would improve my experience. Comfortable spacious room. Very good lighting and wifi. Roof terrace worth a look especially at dusk.

Great price point for what you get, request a room in the back of the property for quiet sleep.

Great price point, and abundant hot water in the shower (not the case in a property we stayed at nearby!) The floor was clean in my room, and towels were fresh with normal soaps, etc provided. A/C worked well, and there are a lot of lighting options for late evening when you're relaxing but not ready to sleep yet.. Very firm bed and clean sheets. Friendly and helpful staff, and I appreciated the large TV with blackout curtains in my room. Location is good, quiet neighborhood with many walkable restaurant/shopping options.

The lumpy duvets are pictured on the site, but were much worse than I expected. They seem to be the result of VERY OLD blankets that have been washed incorrectly, resulting in the filling becoming clumped. Strange to sleep with, and the edges of the duvet had stains and tears. All four pillows on my bed were just as lumpy as the duvet - literal balls of old stuffing inside a loose pillowcase. Felt gross and uncomfortable. I also had a room facing the front street, and the transom windows at the top seemed to not close fully. This meant that the amount of noise leaking into the room was unreasonable.. although this property is located on a quiet street, I heard every car, person and dog on the block at night... Was woken up by the sound of someone sweeping in the AM! Thin, single-paned windows are expected , but if they latched closed, I think the sound proofing (and temperature proofing) would be significantly better.

Muy buen alojamiento en la ciudad.

Excelente tamaño de la habitación y el baño. La cama y almohada muy cómodas. Me gustó mucho que había una botella de agua que rellenaban cada día. A pesar de que estaba en una zona con algo de ruido, la habitación era silenciosa. Buena ubicación cerca del metrobus y metro.

No hubo nada que no me gustara.

Volveré!

La ropa de cama fue una delicia, las almohadas bastante cómodas, ni muy duras, ni muy blandas. Nos gustaron las amenidades, la botella de agua y el café en la habitación. Excelente idea la del cuadro que bloquea la pantalla, que nos libr de la molesta luz del televisor cuando está apagado. El diseño del baño nos gustó. Debo resaltar que la ubicación del hotel es ideal para moverte por la ciudad, cercana al metro insurgentes y otras vías de comunicación si uno anda a pie.

Estuvimos en la habitación No. 401 y detectamos que por ratos había en el baño un olor a drenaje que posiblemente se deba a una mala colocación de la trampa de la regadera, cuestión que desmerece la buena estadía que tuvimos en esa habitación.

Great hotel, great location and great staff and the food is amazing

Great location! A walking distance from great area of restaurant and bars! About 30 min walk from tourist attractions. Safe area ! You can walk even in late hours The staff was really nice and basically answered my needs very quickly with no questions ask I will be back definitely

The first room I got wasn’t clean enough but once I’ve told them they did everything to satisfy me as a guest and insisted of upgrading my room to a higher floor!

The cleanliness, the safe location and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The bed covers! 🙈 also beds too close to the walls (we had the fouble beds in one room) though we appreciated the bed sizes!

I love the location and the hotel in general made me come back for a second stay but this second time it was bad.

It wasn’t well cleaned, there was small shattered glass debris on the floor that cut my wife’s feet and mine, so dangerous as we were staying with a baby, nobody took care of it when we mentioned it to the front desk, nothing happened, I’m disappointed since I liked the hotel.
