Escape your everyday hustle and bustle and find calm in the award-winning Carlton Landing community on Lake Eufaula. Located on the famous “Twinkle Lane” this cozy cottage is perfect for a single- or multi-family getaway. You will find yourself only steps away from a private beach, pool, hot tub, bocce ball courts, hiking trail, playground, gardens, fitness center, and tons of outdoor activities.
Holiday House is loaded with amenities and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. This lakeside cottage features three private bedrooms including a main floor master with a king-sized bed and two upstairs guest rooms, one with a full-sized bed and the other with a queen-over-queen-sized bunk bed plus twin trundle. The second bedroom upstairs is perfect for kids to enjoy! The home is fully stocked with everything you need to for your stay, including wifi, streaming services and board games. There is a fenced patio yard, covered porch, and private carport on the side of the house.
Experience the natural beauty of Lake Eufaula with a hike to the Overlook which boasts a breathtaking view and is the perfect spot for a special photo. In addition to a wide variety of outdoor activities for children and adults, the town hosts events featuring live music, pop-up retail vendors, seasonal food trucks, spike ball tournaments and art festivals, just to name a few. Grab a pizza to go or relax in the picnic area at Mama Tigs Wood Fired Pizza. Or, check out The Meeting House where friends and neighbors frequently gather to enjoy an ever-changing food menu and their favorite libations.

House overall was nice great location. Needs some TLC. Yard upon entry is dirt. Trash upstairs was not emptied prior to our arrival. Property is advertised to sleep 10 however there is one 3 person sofa in living room and only 6 barstools. Would also be nice upstairs to have somewhere to hang or unpack clothes. Home did not have any closets or dressers. All in all the house was cute, excellent location, just a bit tight for 10 people.

We had a wonderful time at Carlton Landing! We were very happy with the home! The location was perfect, the floor plan was great and thankful for being pet friendly! We will be back!! Wish we would have know there was a grill though!

We were disappointed to learn of only one assigned parking spot. This needs to be communicated prior to check in. The phone and Internet was very weak. ATT customers need to be warned of this problem.
Dirt roads were shocking! The TV’s were nice but no tv service was provided! Seriously?
Last, the home slept 7 or 8 but there was seating for only 3 in the living area. Oh, and no dining table.

We loved this home and our weekend at Carlton Landing! The kids were extra excited that we could bring our pups with us, too. The home was close to Mama Tigs and the Meeting House, and we enjoyed walking to take in the sights and out for meals each day. Clean, comfortable and well appointed!

We chose Sunrise Villa because we wanted to take our lab service dog with us. It was the only rental that welcomes dogs. It’s a shame others don’t. The home was very clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and it had a washer and dryer and a large screen TV 📺 in each bedroom and in the living area! Kayla and Taylor the property’s managers were so nice and easy to work with. There are so many things to do and easy access to everything ! Loved it!

It was as advertised. No ocean view but relaxing and a welcomed retreat non the less. Manager Kayla Burris was very helpful and nice/sincere. She gets an A+. Home is nice and well equipped. Eating options are limited in quantity and timing so plan accordingly. Marina rental was great. Water is a bit muddy in appearance but still a refreshing experience.

The home was very clean. We enjoyed staying at a dog friendly home. There was construction next door but they were kind to clean up mess. Noisy also one day. The ac did not cool. It ran all day but temp inside was 83 on 2 days. They need to address ac function. Had to open windows to cool even thought outside was still more comfortable.

Stay started out great. Had issues getting the AC to cool the house. Our entire party was awakened in the middle of the night around 1am for several hours of some type of super loud noise coming from near the restaurant area. It persisted for quite some time and basically we were all awake from 1am on getting no sleep and ruining our following day due to fatigue. I emailed sound/video to the carlton landing email weeks ago only to hear no response
