Magnifica!

Maravilhosa estadia, ficamos realmente apaixonados pelo quarto! Apesar das escadas, quando entramos valeu cada degrau 😄 Queríamos levar o quarto conosco 😂 Muito confortável com tudo novo e bem decorado.

Perfect

Confortable, close to the metro and I was able to check-in a little bit earlier. To close the door you need to use the same code when you open it...it took me few minutes to figure it out.

The elevator its not working so it might be anoying if you have many bags.

A beautiful and clear apartment just 10' walk away from the city center. I recommend it!!

We liked the design of the apartment, the bed was so comfortable and the location of the apartment was great!

Brilliant apartment for a city break, good location, modern interior and a good nights sleep. Love the radio in the show

The apartment was clean and spacious. A modern apartment and quiet as well. Lovely Italian restaurant just outside the apartment block which gives discount for people staying in the apartments.

Nothing, was extremely pleased with our stay.

Nice Room, Convenient Location, Very Good Communication with the Host :)

The room was spacious and the heat facilities were functioning properly. Also, the balcony view was nice!

When we arrived at the property (arrival time: 19:50), our room was completely unprepared although we have even received a message through booking that the room was ready. We were obliged to stay in another one (hopefully, straightaway) and the next day, there was the rooms change. Regarding the stay in the first room, it needed more careful cleaning in some obvious places. Concerning the second one (which we had booked), the big bathroom window had a broken hinge so if we tried to open it, it would probably fall and break completely, due to its weight. Not only the riskiness, but also it could not close properly so that it was getting colder inside.

Molto confortevole

Struttura molto accogliente e pulita, a 10 minuti a piedi da alcune attrazioni e molto bella anche la veduta dalla camera sulla strada! La mia stanza era situata al terzo piano di un palazzo con ascensore ma non funzionante.

Sarebbe stato molto comodo l’uso dell’ascensore essendo al terzo piano senza ascensore

Lovely weekend get away with girls

Perfect host was great and easy access. Rooms all Nice and clean and modern rooms would definitely stay here again

Excellent staff help, good room, but very intense sewage smell for the entire visit.

Liked that we had a full room, good furnishings. Excellent help and availability from the staff.

There was a sewage smell that was very strong throughout the stay. It seemed to come from the bathroom. Opening the windows and keeping the doors closed did not help much. Also it was fine that there was no elevator, but there was also no light on the bottom floor which made the stairs a little unsafe to navigate at night.

Carino, a pochi minuti dalla metro e tram

Avendo l’asma pensavo che fosse al primo piano, ma invece eravamo all’ultimo piano e l’ascensore era fuori servizio, e che non c’era un interruttore per accendere le luci per le scale, quindi di sera ti ritrovi a fare le scale con il flash, ma per ogni piano ce la luce per ogni movimento che fai si accende la luce nel piano stesso

Det var fint och mysigt och bo där

Lägenheten var fin och mysig.

Det fanns bara en nyckel man var orolig ifall man tappar den vad kommer att hända eftersom det fanns inga personal på plats. Det var mörkt när man ska upp för trappan man fick sätta på ficklampan. Jag fick inte koden till porttelefonen när jag anlände och det var sent på natten. Det fanns ingen personal så det var svårt och komma in, jag fick vänta utanför tills en granne kom och öppnade port dörren för mig.

Nice place, well located

The place is clean and nice, is well located in center of the town. The rooms looks very good. The host was nice but it was hard to find the right person to talk with.

It was very hard to get in contact with the property administrator, the one on booking is not the right one. We had to call booking.com in order to have someone to contact

Location and location!

The location is fantastic! Moreover, the proprietor gave me the room situated on the top floor, complete with a lovely balcony. It was a delightful experience to enjoy my morning coffee right there! Nice coffee machine btw. 4 min from the big supermarket and Russian cousin place.

The host withheld the access details to the property until just minutes before arrival, despite being reminded twice beforehand. Moreover, the apartment's door was faulty and the host advised forcefully slamming it shut, which led to complaints from neighbors about the noise. To ensure my safety and security in the poorly situated location, I had to place my suitcase against the door as a makeshift barrier, due to the door not closing. On the second day, I encountered another issue when I discovered large exposed wires blocking the staircase, preventing me from descending. Despite reaching out for assistance, the host remained unresponsive throughout the day. The apartment, situated on the fourth floor with a steep staircase and no elevator, was highly inconvenient. Additionally, there is a prominent, bright green light illuminating the room that cannot be turned off. Overall, this has been the most subpar accommodation experience I have encountered in all my travels, exacerbated by the unhelpful demeanor of the host. While I usually refrain from leaving negative feedback, I strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs.

Nice stay with great location!

Location of the property is great!! Very nice apartment, modern and clean.

We did not have towels in the room upon our arrival, after contacting the admin of the property he eventually provided that to us. The toiletries were not enough for our stay (4 nights), shampoo available for one wash only, and only one roll of toilet paper, which we asked to be supplemented, but never happened, had to buy our own. Other than that, the property is great.

To owner, you have good apartment, but you need final touch.

Big room, great bed. Netflix, so you can finally watch something on tv. Nice location, room looking at the street.

First impression is entrance in building. Old building , with a lot of stairs and no elevator(3th floor). Appartment is not suitable for PRM persons, pregnant ladies. Room floor looks so dirty, there are a lot of stains. Coffee mashine left with one cartidge of coffee, no tea. ( either you leave set of coffee/tea or not) Bathroom, shower not cleaned well, mold is visible on corners and walls. Also shower is leaking while you are using it, so you have to collect water in bathroom later.
