Very nice and friendly b&b in beautiful, historic Bath.

Lovely rooms, exceptionally warm and friendly hosts and staff. Good breakfast.

Hilly climb on foot from city center, but not far.

Relaxed and beautiful B&B with no negatives!

There was a very relaxed vibe, I particularly enjoyed the laid back jazz that was playing unobtrusively in the reception, lounge and breakfast areas. The atrium, where an excellent breakfast was served, was lovely and the staff friendly and knowledgeable about Bath and it's excellent ammenities. There was also free parking! We had an exceptional stay and will return.

Excelent defo would recommend

Is beautiful property, relax and silence, comfortable rooms and cosy lounge Breakfast was amazing and delicious Coffee machine at the rooms with a lovely tray Smart TV is a plus with some streaming services available Bed comfortable and room temperature ideal

Some details about cleaning on the bathroom but everything else was great!

Loved the old building and the staff made it exceptionally delightful.

Breakfast room was lovely, the food beautifully prepared and the staff were very kind and friendly. Our room was on the top floor and it was very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Having parking was a big BONUS! Walking to the city was easy!

I essentially liked everything! The shower drain however did not drain well so I didn't enjoy my shower but that is a minor issue.

Friendly staff

Slow service, breakfast was ok, when they cleaned the room they didn’t change the bin and the room had an awful smell. Table at breakfast are was sticky and breakfast timing was so late which postponed our plans

Lovely sitting room and conservatory, very good breakfast, room very well equipped, parking on site, small friendly hotel, helpful staff. 15 minute walk to the city.

Very small room with sloping ceiling - difficult to avoid hitting your head!

Wonderful B&B in Bath

The Dorian Bed and Breakfast is a very quaint and comfortable property within walking distance to the Bath City Centre. The breakfast each morning is wonderful and the owner is extremely courteous and accommodating! Lastly, the parking is a real plus if you are driving to Bath for your visit!!

comfortable large bed, excellent choice of breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Good quiet location and bath easily accessible by Uber at £6.

Didn’t like the music played at breakfast time. I enjoy most types of music, rock through to classical but NOT jazz!

Wonderful breakfast at this nice B&B just up the hill from Bath town centre.

Lovely building, we enjoyed our stay. Bath city centre was not too far away, although the hill was steep! Breakfast was excellent as were the lovely friendly staff at breakfast. Couldn’t rate the breakfast highly enough, food was really great especially the full English. A great start to every day of our short break.

There was no towel rail or anywhere to put towels in the bathroom which was a massive drawback, I think that this is something that needs to be sorted out so that guests can use their towels more than once and don’t have to have them left out on the bed each day. This is an improvement that I feel sure could be made despite the space difficulties in this room. Also, I feel that the rooms that have very sloping ceilings (ours was half sloping so half of the room was not very useable) should be mentioned in the room description. I would rather have been aware of this so I could pay to have a room that didn’t have this feature. As a result I couldn’t rate this room excellent for comfort because we didn’t have anywhere we could really sit apart from the bed. It was otherwise a nice room, our stay was lovely overall, but these small issues did bring my rating down a little, which is a shame.

Great Boutique Hotel in Bath

Lovely hotel with views of Bath, and only a 15 min walk to the centre. The neighbourhood was quiet and the room was a good size

not as good as previous

Dorian house is great on the ground and 1st floors but the 2nd was small/cramped and for a tall man a tad slopy roofy.

Wonderful find - 100% recommend

Great, friendly staff. Wonderful, clean room, bed was comfy and shower was amazing! Breakfast was delicious with great choice and was of superb quality. Free parking was a bonus and only a short walk (but hilly on way home!) to the city centre.

If you have a choice of cars take the smaller one, the parking can be a bit tight!! 😂 Not cheap but worth the money!!
