First time staying in “boutique “ style hotel. Couldn’t fault anything.

Requested a ground floor room, which was provided. Lovely spacious room, very clean with all the necessary amenities. A timed breakfast booking service in place so everybody did not arrive at same time, which was excellent idea. Breakfast service very good because of this and the food was of a very good standard. Staff very friendly.

Lovely room, friendly and accommodating staff, amazing stay overall.

Lovely B&B, the room was so comfortable and quiet. Delicious breakfast, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Bath.. first visit.

Staff friendly, clean tidy.

Staff absent most of the day. No air-con. Gas flu under our window, we could smell the fumes. Room 3.

Very disappointing. Wish we'd stayed elsewhere

Breakfast, decor and cleanliness were all faultless

Car parking was a nightmare. No room to manoeuvre in and out of spaces. Room had no wardrobe. Unheard of and unacceptable. To make things worse there were only 3 coat hangers. This should have been mentioned in room description. Room so small with slanting roof it was claustrophobic. It should have been a broom cupboard not a room for let. En suite also extremely cramped. Hardly any toiletries supplied. Photo online showed a full basket with at least 6 items, we had 2. I had to go to a shop to buy necessary missing items we needed. Lighting very poor. Definitely not worth the money, and we won't be returning.

Greys is in the perfect location Greys is the best bed and breakfast I have been too

Everything was just fabulous. The room was great, clean, comfortable. Staff were nice, friendly, helpful. Breakfast was amazing and delicious

A beautiful place to stay for a romantic getaway.

Was one of the highlights of our UK trip. A superb surprise for our honeymoon. The breakfasts were simply excellent and the staff would meet all requests. I cannot wait to return (from Australia) and would highly recommend to anyone considering a romantic get away.

Definitely consider Grays if travelling to Bath.

The minute you step through the door, you feel the luxury. We loved that there was onsite parking, if a little difficult to access, although you don’t need to use the car as everything is in walking distance. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the friendly service.

The late breakfasts - if an early risers, 8:30 am is a stretch to wait.

Lots of positive reasons to stay at Grays.

Beautiful decor. Clean room. Fantastic cooked breakfast. Free parking on site. Attractive garden.

No opportunity to leave car at property beyond check out. Would have been handy to do so for a couple of hours.

We loved the clean and comfy bedroom, deliciou breakfast, and proximity to the city of Bath. We were able to walk back and forth into Bath --the walk in less than a mile into town!

Perfect little B&B

The staff were so welcoming and kind, the rooms were spotless and the decor was just stunning. Bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious too. Can't wait to come back in 2023!

Exceptional

Everything about Grays Boutique was fantastic. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely view. The breakfast was delicious, our full English breakfasts were made to order with high quality ingredients. The location is great, less than a 15 minute walk into the centre of Bath. The team of staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating for the duration of our stay. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Bath!
