Falta de empatía del personal en recepción

La comodidad de la estancia, aunque para ser apartamento no tenía ni una butaca o sofá para sentarse cómodamente

La atención del personal. Llegué sobre las 20 horas al hotel sin batería en el móvil, necesitaba hacer una llamada urgente y pedí un teléfono público para hacer la llamada y para mí sorpresa, según me dijo la persona de recepción, en el hotel no había ningún teléfono desde el que pudiera llamar. Tuve que salir a la calle a buscar un locutorio. La falta de empatía del recepcionista es me dejó más que sorprendida.

Do not recommend this place at all. They have no respect for their quests

What I did not like spoilt my stay there

My reservation was accepted by the hotel four months in advance of my stay. I asked for a quiet room and what I got was a room located just below the roof tarrace were a demolishing work was underway. I suffered for two weeks a jack hammering and hammer demolishing generated haevy noise. I asked booking.com to cancel that stay and move me to another facility. I did not get any help from booking.com.

Perfect place to stay in Puerto de la Cruz close to the beach

We loved the layout and the size of the room, the facilities, the location of the hotel, the kindness of the receptionist. We could also buy tickets for Loro Parque and La Gomera directly from the hotel which was a big plus. We discovered late the pool on the roof, because we visited the surroundings most of the time, but it's a cool place to get some sun if you don't want to go to the beach (which is close). We also had breakfast there for 2 or 3 days and we were very happy for the money that we payed. The hotel serves also dinners, but we didn't try them. I still find it cool though. We had also a rented car so the parking was a small issue. But we found parking places in the street and in a nearby private parking.

Great and clean spot for a short stay with a good sized roof terrace, next to main bus station.

I liked the ground floor bar and the staff, I liked the roof top terrace/pool area. I liked the renovated room with fresh kitchen, toilet, goodshower etc and proper sheets on the bed. Very convenient location to the main bus station and big supermarket just few steps away and the easy stroll to the sandy black beach.

I didn't like the small balcony with street view where you only got sunlight around 8 to 9 in the morning. We ordered some small food from the hotel's ground floor restaurant to take away to the roof top terrace and there were only few items on the menu, literally, and the taste was awful. Lack of decent/normal priced restaurants near by. I guess this was wrong area for that, quite far away from restaurant area.

Location close to the ocean, ergonomic and functional utilities in the room and bathroom, comfortable beds, pool on the roof with sun bathing area

Wardrobes could have doors. During dinners the drinks all had to be purchased (no free water, despite the water dispensing machine standing in the dining room, but it was turned off and covered).

Noisy location and weird way to get in.

Nice beds, clean rooms.

Main building entry is locked, you have to go aroung the whole block. Entry to the building from the "back door" - read another "friendly" hotel. This require using two elevators & some "stalking" via long corridors. Not good if you have luggage or want to get quickly to your room. Hotel us located literally on central square of Puerto de Santa Cruz. Very noisy up to 00:00AM. Music, restaurant sounds, kitchen smells etc. Very old and weird bathroom equipment: shower head was broken in two rooms the very same way (just single "stream" of water instead of normal shower.

Very good unless you like to get up after 8.30

we stayed in the superior room and later in the Teide Superior. The only difference being the view and amount of light. The rooms are very new, clean and comfortable. There is a a good sized balcony and a small kitchen area with microwave and fridge. The mattresses were comfortable and the lighting was good . Plenty of sockets everywhere. The location is also good..Near the beaches, walking distance to the main square, supermarket, pharmacy and bus station very close. There are a few eateries nearby and 2hotels you can go to for evening entertainment. Staff very accommodating and professional.

The only fly in the ointment is the way the cleaning is carried out. The cleaning starts at about 8.40 and the noise terrible and goes on for hours. It is not the staff's fault. The corridors are tiled, no carpet - a drum- and the trolleys they push backwards and forwards with laundry etc are deafening. There is no cleaning on a Wednesday which is the only day you can have a lie in. If you plan on getting up before 8.30 that is fine otherwise you will just hear a terrible noise all morning, which is unacceptable when you are on holiday.It is a shame because apart from this we really liked it.

The hotel is located next to a street with heavy traffic. My room was the 3 apartment in from the street. Made the stay unpleasent

Bright apartment-styled modern room, center location

Recently renovated apartment-styled room in hotel-building. Good bedding and bright atmosphere. Balcony exists (although not on photo). Sufficiently good breakfast. Nice rooftop pool and sunbath area. Lendable: water kettle, toaster, iron for deposit. Parking available in nearby streets. Late check-out by noon 12:00.

Wifi bit tricky but working. No shampoo etc facilities in bathroom. Mostly elderly package-tourists staying.

Supermarket nearby.

Old facilities; beds aren't comfortable; limited amenities inside the rooms; spotty to no WiFi and the food was horrible (they'll burn it, and still bring it to you like nothing happened). Not a good deal for the money.

Good value for money

Close to the beach (black sand) and walking distance to the lagoon, next to the bus station. Helpful lady at reception.

It's well equipped, the only thing that's missing is anything to clean the dirty dishes with.

Pictures on booking.com need updating

Very friendly and helpful dining room employees. Good breakfast selection. Very close to bus station, beach and cafes. Short distance to Costa Martinez. Current pictures on booking.com don't due it justice it's very modern looking these days. The roof top pool has great views. Small hob and microwave with utensils in room for cooking. Never seen a room with so many sockets and nice LED lighting too.

The WiFi was more miss than hit in my room. The fridge was very noisy at night but not as noisy as some of the guests on their stag/hen nights. (Ear plugs are essential.) The general neighbourhood is very busy and noisy. I requested a non smoking room but the previous guests mustn't have realised that 🤔 there's no air conditioning. The couch needs updating.

the location is perfect, only 2-3 min away from bus station and 4 min away from the black beach the rooms are really spacious and equipped with everything you need they have churros at breakfast :)

Location - next to the main bus station, where I could travel everywhere from. There was a big supermarket nearby. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that there was no washing-up liquid or sponges in the kitchen area. Apparently this was due to covid restrictions, but I thin it would be a good idea to provide such basic things.

It's a lovely place to be chilled and relaxed for the guests , roof top pool , chilled sunny bar large resturant breakfast lunch and dinner and just a short walk to town for the rest of Puerto de la cruz a pleasure to return to will definitely go again to see everyone that made my stay great thanks guys and girls
