酒店本身很好，惟這區旅遊配套很少

可以看得到海景和日落的房間，有電梯，空間大，書桌很大，床很舒服。非常舒服的住宿體驗。

對酒店沒有不滿，惟這區 Tivat 旅遊配套很少，原以為應該會有出海的 local tour ，但事實是沒有的。更適合帶小孩 ( 因這區非常安全) ，或自駕人士 —— 非自駕旅遊如我本人，宜慎重考慮(是否住 Tivat 這區)。

Hotel in sehr guter Lage mit freundlichem Personal und großen Frühstücksbuffet

Sehr freundliches Personal,vor allem eine Dame an der Rezeption ,Marija Balic. Sie war stets sehr freundlich,professionell und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels an der Promenade ist sehr gut und es ist in der Nachbarschaft vieler guter Restaurants und einiger kleiner Läden. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig und ansprechend.

Leider hat das Hotel keinen Pool und die meisten Bedienenungen auf der Terrasse waren nicht besonders aufmerksam.

Noisy at night until 1am as people sitting in the hotel restaurant outside until late and start having breakfast at 7 .

ביום הראשון לא היו כמעט מים קרים במקלחת ובברז, תקנו יום למחרת, הניקוז במקלחת לא תקין ונשאר מים על הרצפה, אוכל סביר

הצוות שירותי ונעים. עזרו לבחור מסעדות, המליצו על מקומות תיירות ויש להם צוות שירותי הסעה ששייך למלון במחיר מוזר. היה תענוג! בנוסף החדר עצמו היה מדהים! לא לפחד לשדרג לחדר דלוקס, תהיה לכם מרפסת רכבה עם נוף עוצר נשימה ויש אפילו אופציה להשתזף! החופשה הכי טובה שהייתה לי!

Geat stay

Great roof top balcony with views to the bay. Spacious room with nice interior. Many pastries and desserts to select from at breakfast. Free parking close by.

More as an improvement suggestion, bigger variety of breads would have been nice.

the room num 305 was the best !!!. .excellent. the room was spacious. the room made of 2 separate rooms and a living room . spacious shower and toilet . a sun terrace overlooking the promenade and the see.

Superb

We spent a fantastic week in Hotel Pine. Its location is fantastic, just on the promenade next to the Kotor bay, with a view on the water. All restaurants and cafés on the promenade are full in the morning and evening hours, it was great to see such a buzzling life there. While the hotel has no beach or pool, the nearest city beach is just a few minutes walk away. A parking lot is available (free for the hotel guests) 50 meters from Pine. Tivat's location is central if you want to visit Kotor, Perast, Herceg Novi, Budva, the Blue Cave, the Plavi Horizonti beach (a.k.a. Przno beach) etc. Receptionists, waiters are all lovely, helpful people. We got the option for a 10% discount provided that we paid in cash (ATM is nearby).

The operation of the air conditioning was sometimes difficult to control.

Amazing location and views. Reception staff amazing. Food disappointing.

We booked this hotel for the views and we were not disappointed. Location was great, with access to plenty of restaurants and bars. Bed was comfortable. Bathrobes and slippers provided which was a bonus as well as some toiletries. Hotel seemed really clean. The girls on reception were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, very friendly and helpful which made for an enjoyable stay.

Breakfast. We chose here because of the outstanding breakfast reviews, unfortunately we didn’t feel they catered for the British palate, with way too many sweet dishes and cake, not really many healthy options. Coffee/tea/juice was out of a machine and really not good. Restaurant staff were not particularly helpful. Can be a little noisy at night.

Location and free parking nerby. We had a room with a seaview balcanh which was nice.

Few evenings were quite noicy as there was a performer singing downstears and a local band / event in front of the hotel. Also, the coffee at breakfast is terrible from an automat and they would refuse to make you a capouccino, even though other customers (outside of hotel) were served. At this price you should get desent coffee.

Superb boutique hotel in the heart of Montenegro

The location of this property can not be beat. It is located right in front of the water and surrounded by great places to eat. The room was very modern and clean and staff was friendly and helpful. There were a few issues with windows and room safe, but they had a big storm the night before and trying to dig out.

You can't fall in love in Pine Hotel

The location is WOW.. the hotel so clen . Well organized. Someone already thought about all small details to make the customer satisfied. The staff so kind and efficiently. Very reach and diversified Breakfast. The view from Balcony so romantic. In spite of winter season they brought for me the hotel's masseuse. for Spa. The atmosphere is very friendly, and guests can feel Holiday feeling. Bravo. This is my 7th time in this hotel in since 2015. Unfortunately I had no time to take photos. Only 2

Great view from the balcony of the bay and the mountains. The room was very warm. I really liked the warm bathroom and the heated towel rail. It's quiet at night. Good sound insulation. Good breakfast.
