Чудесно

Изключително живописно и красиво местоположение. Страхотна панорама. Тишина и спокойствие. Прекрасен частен плаж със шезлонги. Двуместно кану на разположение, което много ни зарадва. Барбекю което използвахме.

Банята беше малка и неудобна, като цяло не отговаря на апартамента, който спокойно може да се ползва от 6 човека. Ние бяхме четирима но общата баня и тоалетна (много малки) малко ни затрудни. Домакина не беше заредил достатъчно продукти за банята: душ гел, сапун и тоалетна хартия. В кухнята може да се желае за по-добро оборудване.

Schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist super. Es gibt für alle Liegen. Wir hatten die Wohnung in der Mitte. Sie ist geräumig und alles war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist Geschirr- und Besteckmäßig super ausgestattet. Vom Balkon hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick. Man kann auch ein Kanu und ein SUP mit benutzen. Checkin und Checkout sind sehr unkompliziert. Man benötigt aber unbedingt einen Mietwagen, da es in dem kleinen Ort nicht viel gibt. Nach Tivat und Kotor sind es mit dem Auto ca 15 Minuten. Auch eine Tankstelle sowie Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind in ca 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Uns hat eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Toaster gefehlt. Bei den Parkplätzen muss man aufpassen, dass man mit dem Auto nicht aufsetzt. Der Abfluss in der Dusche fließt leider nicht gut ab.

Stunning waterfront apartment in the perfect location, a short distance away from Kotor

Stunning location and amazing staff who were knowledgable and went out of their way to help. Private parking space and air conditioning in all the rooms made it very comfortable. Fully kitted kitchen and outdoor dining area was lovely for al fresco meals. Waterfront and views stunning and dedicated sun beds in shared patio area. Private access to the crystal clear water and use of owners kayak and paddleboard which was an unexpected bonus for my 2 teenagers.

Would definitely go back as there was so much we loved about Novo Mulo. Simple, clean and functional.

Beautiful and quiet property with sea access on the bay of Kotor

The host was waiting for us on arrival and showed us around. They've been very helpful throughout our stay and provided tips (via messaging) when we needed them. The platform with the sunbeds and dining table with direct access to the sea is awesome. We also liked that they made the kayak and SUP board available. There is a nice seafood restaurant with very nice waiter a short walk from the place.

We could have used a bit more storage on the ground floor, and the bathroom is a little small, but that does not take anything away from this property. It was awesome and it gets a 10 :-)

Seadide appartment with own beach

Seaside appartmant, good facilities, excellent for kids who can swim. You shate the concret bank with the 3 other families. Shop within walking distance.

Very comfortable for 4-5 person. Quite neighbourhood. The private beach is perfect. The host/owner very kind.

A dishwasher would be nice.

Perfect spot, great outdoor space -- wonderful relaxing spot to swim and rest.

Had all of the things you expect from an apartment on the Montenegrin coast, but with a bit more ... more modern appliances, well done/new bathroom, even sharp knives.

The beds were less top shelf compared to everything else, but I'm searching for negatives. It was all great.

Little peace of the paradise in the jungle.

Pleasant hosts, always there to help with everything we need. Greate private beach in front of the apartment, very peaceful, ideal for resting, Kayak and paddling board. Shower on the beach. Fridge on the beach for cold water, fruits and drinks. Very good WiFi, for me it was enough to work remotely. Great vacation, I will definitively come again.
