DIRTY PLACE

Location only.

Worst ever housekeeping. Toilets and bathrooms are not cleaned at all. Below the bed and sofa is very very dirty. Whole area smells badly. Swimming pool is not in operation.

Centrally located. Calm and peaceful place

In room dining and restaurant billa to be paid immediately because I have booked through booking.com. Later on request it was corrected. The bathroom linen was provided on request. They are not very clean

Good facilities in central location

Clean hotel, good location. Helpful staff. The pool was also nice.

Rooms have sealed windows, some fresh air would be nice.

I was thrilled, gladly again!

The hotel has everything to offer, I am very satisfied. Small shops, bar, I was lucky, a band had covered Whitesnake, very nice. The location is good, many good restaurants within walking distance.

It was great from the outside, but the room was already very worn, nevertheless very large with an anteroom, not just a room with a bathroom, no, good division of the rooms.

Nice value for money property.

Location is suitable. Room was big enough for two persons. The bed was large and comfortable. Good aircon. Breakfast had a wide selection with western, south Indian and north Indian options.

There is nothing that I didn't like.

Poor temperature regulation of the rooms

Comfy bed Room looks great

Temperature control was pathetic. Was getting very cold. Despite repeated complaints to the reception, no efforts were taken to improve. For name sake they sent an engineer who knew nothing and didn't solve the problem but just kept reassuring that temp will get better but it didn't and I couldn't sleep properly at all

Excellent breakfast. The staff are very pleasent.

I feel if booking is done via booking.com, they tend to give you slightly low grade rooms.. The bed was hard and some of power points did not work, view was zero.. I have had great rooms in Savera when booked direct. Still I like the place and their service

Excellent multi cuisine breakfast and the coffee was amazing

The rooms had a bit of a smell, the fridge was old and ineffective, and some of the plug points do not work well
