Great place with one negative.

I loved how the whole place was and the ambience. It was great except for one part where I didn't like the people checking me in.

The people who were there checking me in were passing comments on us when we checked in late at night. That's so unprofessional and seems kind of backward thinking for an amazing place like this.

I was stayed 3 days here but it was worst experience in Chennai . Totally Money waste. Check in was very delay,only 1 person available for such big facility. Room cleaning was not done even after 4 time calling. Room Cleaning available till 5PM Water dispenser put in room instead of water bottle, water was spreading on floor due to this. Reception staff is not available to attend calls. Breakfast & Dinner buffet has very limited options. Many Good Hotels available at this price.

Change reception staff & put extra manpower Ro cleaning is basic hygiene that need to maintain.

All amenities were out of use for maintenance for a month and I was not allowed to cancel booking, they did not give any compensation nor let me get my money back and go to another hotel. Both booking.com and this hotel did not help after either

Horrible.

Location, staff and price.

The room was very ill appointed with bad furniture. Even after repeated requests, I did not get a decent chair. The TV was malfunctioning. One remote was missing.

Room size.

Reception staffs were standing and doing their daily tasks which is not acceptable and inhumane. There are no chairs provided for them as well. I felt it very stupid.

Nice property but with disgusting food.

Food was disgusting and it has upset my stomach due to which we didn’t have the food in the restaurant including a breakfast which I had paid as part of the room price. I had stayed several times earlier but this was my last stay with Citadines and never in my life again with them. I did changed my stay to The Residency, T Nagar, which is amazing and is also little less pricey!

Great Stay

Pretty hotel, room with kitchenette, very comfy bed, fantastic rooftop pool and spa facilities. amazing breakfast in the restaurant.

I’ve seen nicer parts of Chennai. Housekeeping staff were sweet, but missed a few things whenever they came in. Overall clean, though. Kitchen could be much better equipped.

The pool, gym and sauna rooms. The staff was warm and welcoming ✨

I was moved to the old part of the hotel. It was not as clean and modern as the new side.

Nice Hotel in OMR Chennai

- Friendly and professional staff - Accomodated request for higher floor and quiet room - Good restaurant on site but limited menu options (many items on the menu was not available) - Good size room. Accessible Balcony. - Good bathroom with seperate bathtub and shower. - Late night room service and food options.

- Housekeeping did not clean the rooms properly. Despite pointing out the obvious issues, came back to find the balcony not cleaned. The bathroom had some hairball in a corner which I noticed the day I checked in. Took them 3 days to remove it despite several reminders. - The hotel had some renovation going on where drilling in the hallways took place from morning till noon. This was quite disturbing. - The hot water is not hot enough. Not sure if there was a heater switch or because it was late at night. - Porter was not available to help me carry the luggage. Moreover no one took the effort to explain the room amenities and location of the utensils etc. - The bedroom TV remote was missing from day 1. Despite several reminders to the housekeeping and maintainance team, it was never replaced making the TV inaccessible. The whole stay had no access to the bedroom TV. - The location is good if you are visiting around the area. Traffic can be horrendous and the intersection is closed in front of the hotel. What is a quick walk across the zebra can take 30-45 mins by car to U turn.

Exceptional

All the staff are extremely nice and helpful. Especially Injamamul he was so helpful to us. The hotel is just like home, everything you need is there. Beautiful apartment. I enjoyed my stay. There's a mall close by and some outlet stores.

Housekeeping is terrible, the don't know how to clean rooms. They don't clean the showers, they don't sweep well.I'm afraid if they are not trained ASAP, the standard of the hotel will drop in a year. The breakfast is always Indian food. No variety, for hotel with foreigners, we didn't see any intercontinental dish. It's a bit far from the city
