Beautiful historic colonial mansion.. Friendly and helpful staff.

the rooms are large with three levels and air conditioning! the staff was vey nice and attentive to all our needs. the food was outstanding The highlight of our stay was the movie crew who was staying there, like Javi Bauserman

Exceptional

Our suite was spread over three floors with a lounge and bar on the ground floor, an office suite on the second floor and the two bedrooms on the top floor. The wooden floors and wooden-beamed ceilings gave it an interesting character. There was a bathroom for each bedroom which was a real bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the centre was just a few blocks walk away.. A beautiful hotel and great value.

If you want a relaxing stay in a beautiful and historic location, then I recommend El Mesón de la Merced in Queretaro!

The property - rooms, courtyard and immediate neighborhood, simply beautiful and relaxing. The staff - Lydia and the reception staff were beyond accommodating and simply amazing. I was so impressed with the level of care and attention they provided to me and my family - thank you! The location - perfect! It was close enough to the center and far enough to enjoy the calm the property and Queretaro offered.

Quite location in the center of everything

great location on a quite part of the central area. staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English.

Very very good and pleasant.

Service was excellent, the employees were very nice, specially the Chinantego man, with whom I learned some words and phrases in his fantastic language. The man at the reception as I left very early in the morning was really excellent in helping me.

Breakfast was very very modest for the price payed. Too little bread, too little of everything.

Almost all of the rooms have 3 levels and bedroom and bathroom are up 2 sets of stairs.
