It’s a stunning hotel , lovely pool, so many flowers and just greenery everywhere. Loved the outdoor bathroom. Lace mosquito nets over the beds were much appreciated. Just 4 kilometres from Alleppey town which was less than 200 rupees in a tuc tuc to get to. Local village on the doorstep.

We stayed in 4 hotels all over Kerala and at this one the staff appeared disinterested on the whole. We asked for coffees on arrival after a 6 hr journey to the hotel. We were told you can order that yourselves from your room. Zero charm. No warm welcome. This was in stark contrast to the other hotels whose welcome was so kind and caring. The coolness of the staffs attitude was also apparent in the restaurant. A lovely room and food was fine. But staff were mostly unfriendly. Even a smile would have been welcome.

Beautiful resort with many activities to fill the day and night

plenty of activities for evenings. Food was excellent. great swimming pool, had an amazing 3 hour sunset hiuseboat tour wtih dinner served on board, highly recommend. staff were helpful, room was clean. well designed property with lots of lush greenery around. one of our better stays in Kerala for sure

nothing in particular that I didn’t like however I do feel like the place could be doing with a spring clean…Some fresh paint and sanding of the wooden decor plus some cleaning up of the garden area would really help take this place upto the next level. has massive potential as a great resort, can’t really understand the bad reviews from others to be honest as our stay was pretty much flawless

Very friendly and responsive staff, beautiful location and clean rooms. Good spa facilities too. The garden areas were very well maintained.

The washrooms were partially open to the outdoors. Although they're fully private and safe, it can become a bit of a mess when it rains and you'll find plenty of insects to keep you company.

It’s a beautiful place with activities like a pool and house boat rides and speed boats to have fun on

It was near the lake and had a feeling that was natural and no cars or noises that disturbed the morning birds chirping

A property with large potential completely under utilised. Not at all a value for money

The room had a good view. It was also kept clean

The entire resort is understaffed. Noone is there in restaurant to take orders or deliver or even give us water. Staff is decent, but def not trained. For the cost paid, its not even worth mentioning! Thou room was clean, our pool was dirty. They didnt even clean it before our checkin! No other facilities or activities(except for some board games and carroms kept near lobby)

Good property to stay but disappointed with food

Property location is good, and also well maintained and clean

I booked through booking.com, when I reached the property they were saying they didn't get confirmation from the website but they gave us room but not the one I booked. And food only buffet was available for the 2 days I visited both for lunch and dinner. How can anyone will be able to eat buffet for both lunch and dinner. On the 2nd day when we denied for buffet they asked us to pick the dishes from buffet only(cost for each dish). What is the point in taking like that, hardly 2 nonveg and 3 veg items were there. Really disappointing. There are no nearby restaurants also, u can't even go out food.

The location, the construction and the park are really beautiful, the place is very quiet, the area of the restaurant is stunning and the staff was really supportive. Several games are available which was also great! I highly recommend this stay, we went to 2 more resorts later and this has been our favorite.

Exceptional facility , but food varieties could improve.

Ambience, elegant architecture, old and modern fusion of facilities..

Food varieties were less and price is not reasonable wrt to the offered variety , esp on dinner buffet...approach road is very narrow and difficult to drive..

Very good

The location is right on punnamada lake. You get a 1 hour free cruise around the lake with refreshments served before. The resort is very beautiful with a nice pool and gardens. All the staff were superb and the food and drink was very good too. Beds were very comfy all the facilities were very good

Bit difficult to find as we were on a self drive holiday. The roads around the resort were all dug up and difficult to drive on but apparently they will be done soon. Our room had a non stop barking dog right behind it (room 501) which was nothing to do with the resort but the dog was a real nuisance. The open air bathrooms are great but had no mosquito nets so we had quite a few mosquitoes in our room and even though the beds had nets, we still got a few bites
