Food was good. They provide both veg and non-veg food. Staffs are good. They provide good service.

Music system was not running. They provide only some bottles for packaged drinking water, after asking more they start providing normal filter water, but the bottle is the same. For the car parking one has to pay Rs 100. Running time of boat is only around 4 hrs.

Sebastian was very helpful and prompt in answering any queries we had. He was the reason for making this a good experience. The boat was clean. The staff were well mannered and helpful.

Food quality needs to improve. The Lunch provided was good. However, the dinner and breakfast was disappointing. I even asked the staff if it was the same person who cooked all the meals.

Staff attitude was very friendly. As per my request, they arranged a birthday cake for my wife.

The small road which connects the main road to house boat didn't have proper light facilities at NIGHT.

Well overall it was a good experience and i would highly recommend it for young couples.

Rooms were clean, we have all the basic amenities available at the boat. Staffs were very hospitable and were happily communicating to us either in Hindi or English. We enjoyed playing the music system while we were sailing in the backwaters.

Well the meals was sufficient for us but it would have been better if varieties of Kerala cuisine were more. Other than that the food which was served was fresh and tasty. It would be more fun if they can add fishing in the activities.
