Trendy hotel with very comfortable and classy rooms.

Beautiful rooms and the bar area was designed very well. Staff were very helpful.

Everything finishes early. The bar and the kitchen close far too early. We were disappointed with that as we wanted to enjoy a late night snack and a drink.

Het eten in het restaurant was heel lekker maar ook heel erg duur. De buurt is een hele levendige gezellige buurt. De badkamer is ruim met mooi bad.

De gangen in het hotel waren te donker, niet fijn. Ik had geen connecting doors en we zaten op verschillende etages. Ik had wel gevraagd voor connecting doors, jammer dat ze dit niet kunnen garanderen. Muziek in het restaurant te luid. Roomservice is maar tot 23.00 dat mocht later wat mij betreft.

Tasteful oasis in trendy Shoreditch

Okay but not good value - would not revisit

Location

Disappointed with this hotel to be completely honest - no atmosphere in bar - breakfast was badly managed - ran out of food (bacon!) - and if you have an egg allergy (as does my hubby) then no alternative without paying extra ! Slow service then tell us buffet element closed - probably the worst hotel breakfast experience I’ve ever ever had !

Is één van onze favoriete hotelketens, mooie bar, inkomhal, fijne bedden, zeer vriendelijk, …

Nobu - group is een leuk, gezellig, verfijnd en hip hotel om te verblijven. Het personeel is vriendelijk en super behulpzaam. De bar is fantastisch en de bedden zijn goed. Dit concept heeft net dat ietsje meer.

Ontbijt was chaotisch, weinig rust en de service liet op zich wachten. Normaalgezien is er veel meer keuze voor een ‘gezond’ ontbijt. De spiegeleieren, omelet waren droog. Geen pancakes, vis lag naast het fruit (geur). Voor avocado of ochtenddrankjes dient men te betalen. (Terwijl in andere Nobu hotels niet). De bediening liep stroef vb. 2xpeper op tafel, geen of onvolledig bestek, .. Hopelijk was er een probleem tijdens ons verblijf en loopt het anders smoother :-). Kamer: ramen gaan niet op kip

Central location

Room had many damages, lightning work properly so we were in a pitch black room for the majority of the night. Wallpaper was peeling and the bed had a massive chip missing out of it

Clean. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Didn’t get a tour of the room initially so didn’t have a clue how to work majority of appliances etc. at first. TV didn’t work when we got there and stopped working again after engineer came and left. Weren’t aware that the Spa was closed on a Monday which was the majority of the reason for booking over the Mondrian.

The entire experience felt premium and luxurious. Service was prompt and attentive

The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful with all of our needs, and went our of their way to help me make sure that my proposal went smoothly. Which it did! The location is perfect to access all of the trendy bars and restaurants in Shoreditch. But secluded from the main street if you would prefer to have a quiet stay.

Worsted hotel in London

Quite hotel .

Far from public transportation. The bathe almost 1 meter up the ground , so any old people CAN not use it. Also, the security wasn't efecint, the housekeer entered my room while my wife was in the bathroom. I already reported this issue, but I didn't receive a clear answer from the hotel manager!!!! . The reception staff weren't professional. One night, they held me at reception until I paid the final 3 night !!!!they refused me to go my room . I told them all my staff and my credit card in my room until the staff manager allowed me!!!. the brakedast below average. Last thing I booked 8 nights, then I canceled the last night, but the price remin is the same. They said the last night was free !!!!!!!!
